路面层面应变采集系统开发研究

摘    要:为实时监测路面层面应力应变情况,开发了一种无人值守自动采集路面层面响应参数的系统。系统主要由四部分别组成:太阳能充电锂电池组电源、车辆到位感知模块、数据采集存储系统及上位机分析软件。通过现场试验对系统的功能进行的验证表明,开发的系统能够实现无人值守、自动采集路面层面应变信号。为进一步分析信号所反映的路面层面响应规律,提高信号的信噪比,对系统采集的信号进行了不同数字滤波处理,结果表明小波滤波处理路面层面应变信号具有优越性。

Study on Development of Pavement Strain Acquisition System
Abstract:To monitor the real-time stress strain of pavement, an unattended system was developed to acquire the pavement response parameters automatically. This system consists of four parts, including lithium battery pack power charged by solar, vehicle in-place sensing module, data acquisition and storage system, and host computer analysis software, respectively. Through the field tests, the system’s function was verified. The result shows that the system developed is capable of acquiring pavement strain signals automatically by unattended operation. To further analyze the pavement response law reflected by the signals, and improve the signal-to-noise ratio, the signals acquired by the system were processed by different digital filtering, and the result shows that the wavelet filtering has superiority in the processing of pavement strain signals.
