摘 要: | 近几年来,我国公路隧道发展较快,为增强公路隧道建设安全风险意识,需对长大隧道及部分复杂地质条件下的隧道进行安全风险评估。基于模糊综合评判和层次分析法原理,对梅花箐隧道的安全风险情况进行分析、辨识及评估。研究结果表明:梅花箐隧道整体风险等级最终评定为Ⅱ级,总体风险水平可接受,但其施工技术风险等级评估为Ⅲ级,施工期间应采用合理可行的风险控制措施,降低工程建设风险,以策安全,并确保技术、经济和社会效益。

Abstract: | In recent years,highway tunnels have been developed rapidly in China.In order to enhance the awareness of highway tunnel construction risks,it is necessary to evaluate the risk of long tunnels and those in complex geological conditions.In this paper,the risks of Meihuajing tunnel are analyzed,identified and evaluated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the overall risk of Meihuajing tunnel is level II,which can be acceptable,but its construction technology risk is evaluated level III.Therefore,reasonable and feasible risk control measures shall be taken during construction to reduce construction risk and ensure technical,economic and social benefits. |
