高模量沥青混合料的力学性能试验研究

摘    要:为提升普通沥青混合料的模量,采用DXG-2高模量剂,分别对高模量沥青混合料进行劈裂强度、静态回弹模量及动态模量试验,并对力学性能进行对比分析。结果表明:随高模量剂的增加,混合料的抗压强度、静回弹模量逐渐增大,劈裂强度先增大后减小;高模量剂掺量>0.6%时,其劈裂强度会随之减小,施工中高模量剂量应控制在0.6%为宜;在相同温度和频率下,随着高模量剂用量的增加,沥青混合料的相位角逐渐减小;在同一温度和相同的加载条件下,随高模量掺量的逐渐增加,混合料的动态模量逐渐增大;随着加载频率的增加,混合料的动态模量也会逐渐增大,随着温度的提升,动态模量逐渐减小。

Experimental Study on Mechanical Property of High Modulus Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:To improve the modulus of common asphalt mixture,DXG-2 high modulus agent is used to carry out the high modulus asphalt mixture of static rebound modulus test and dynamic modulus test of splitting strength of high modulus asphalt mixture respectively and the variation of its mechanical property is compared and analyzed. The results show that the compressive strength and the static rebound modulus are gradually increased with the increase of high modulus agent; the splitting strength of the mixture first increase and then decrease; when the dosage of the high modulus agent 0.6%, its splitting strength will decrease. The high modulus agent dosage should be coutrolled less than 0.6% in construction; under the same temperature and frequency, the phase angle of the asphalt mixture is gradually reduced slightly with the increase of the high modulus agent under the same temperature and loading conditions, the dynamic modulus of the mixture is gradually increased with the increase of high modulus agent and loading frequency; the dynamic modulus is gradually decreased with the increase of temperature.
