摘    要:主要研究内掺型除冰剂对3种沥青混合料抗冻结冰性能的影响。通过冰点试验、轮碾试验、黏结力试验,基于除冰效果最优原则确定除冰剂的最佳掺量;按最佳掺量设计内掺型除冰沥青混合料,并进行车辙试验、水稳定性试验与低温弯曲试验,研究内掺型除冰沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:综合3种沥青混合料的除冰效果,内掺型除冰剂的最佳掺量为5%,此时除冰效果最优,冰点可降低至-20℃左右,实际交通量大于23次/分钟的路面覆冰时间减短,冰层与路面间黏结力分别降低61.63%,62.64%,74.39%;与普通沥青混合料相比,内掺型除冰

Study on the Influence of Incorporated Deicer on the Performance of Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:Tests were conducted to reveal the influence of the incorporated deicer on the anti-freezing performance of the three asphalt mixtures. The best dosage and effect of resistance to freeze for incorporated deicer were determined by the freezing test, wheel-rolling test and adhesion force test. With the best dosage of incorporated deicer, the influence of pavement performance for asphalt mixture was verified according to the wheel tracking test, water stability test and low temperature and bending test. The results show that the optimum dosage of incorporated deicer is 5% with the optimum deicing effect and the freezing point of asphalt mixture decreases to -20℃ approximately. The time of covering ice for the pavement with actual volume of traffic more than 23 times/minute is shortened. The adhesion force between the ice and the pavement decreases by 61.63%,62.64% and 74.39% respectively. Compared with the common asphalt mixture, the residual stability, freeze-thaw split intensity ratio and low temperature and bending strain of the incorporated deicing asphalt mixture are changed slightly, meeting the requirements of specification.
