摘    要:为研究石灰钢渣稳定土击实特性,分析影响其最大干密度ρmax与最优含水率wopt的多种因素,以某高速公路沿线低液限黏土为研究对象,在综合考虑钢渣掺量、钢渣陈化龄期、钢渣最大粒径及石灰掺量4个因素作用下,利用正交试验方法进行了室内击实试验,通过极差分析法分析影响最大干密度和最优含水率的主次关系,进而基于1次重复试验结果经方差分析作了量化评价。

Study on Compaction Characteristics of Lime Steel Slag Stabilized Soil Based on Orthogonal Test
Abstract:For the study of lime steel slag stabilized soil compaction characteristics, the influenced factors of the maximum dry density ρmax and optimum moisture content wopt were analyzed. The low liquid limit clay along an expressway was chosen as the research object. Considering such 4 effective factors as the mixing amount, aging times and the maximum particle size of steel slag as well as the content of lime, the indoor compaction test was conducted using orthogonal test method. The primary and secondary relationship for the influence of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content was analyzed by the extreme difference method. And variance analysis method was also used for the quantitative evaluation.
