高速公路沥青路面结构粘层油材料的选择研究

摘    要:通过室内直剪试验和直接拉拔试验对三种粘层油(乳化沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青和普通热沥青)进行选择研究。结果表明:25℃下乳化沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青以及普通热沥青作为粘层油,其最佳用量分别是0.40,0.45,0.30 kg/m~2;粘层材料在不同温度下最佳用量不同,高温下确定的最佳用量比常温下要小。结合唐津高速公路现场抗拔试验验证,最终确定唐津高速公路采用SBS改性乳化沥青作为粘层油材料,其最佳用量为0.45 kg/m~2。

Study on Selection of Tack Coat Oil Material for Asphalt Pavement Structure of Highway
Abstract:Three kinds of tack coat oil (asphalt emulsion, SBS-modified asphalt emulsion and ordinary hot asphalt) were studied by laboratory direct shear test and direct pull-out test. The results show that, at 25 ℃, the optimal dosage of asphalt emulsion, SBS-modified asphalt emulsion and ordinary hot asphalt as tack coat oil, is 0.40, 0.45, 0.30 kg/m2, respectively; the optimal dosage of tack coat material is so different at different temperature that the dosage defined under high temperature is less than that defined under room temperature. Verified by the field pull-out test at Tangshan-Tianjin Highway, it is determined finally that SBS-modified asphalt emulsion is selected as the tack coat oil material for Tangshan-Tianjin Highway with its optimal dosage of 0.45 kg/m2.
