摘    要:基于室内试验,对比了ATB-25、ATB-30、AC-25、LSAM-25、LSAM-30、AM-20等6种沥青混合料的路用性能、力学性能、疲劳性能和抗反射裂缝性能。结果表明:6种沥青稳定类材料的高温抗车辙性能排序为ATB-30>ATB-25>LSAM-30>LSAM-25>AC-25>AM-20,低温抗裂性能与抗水损害性能排序为AC-25>ATB-25>ATB-30>LSAM-25>LSAM-30>AM-20。抗裂性能方面,AC-25抗疲劳性能最优,ATB-25抗反射裂缝能力对水的敏感程度最低。ATB沥青稳定碎石和密级配沥青混合料AC-25兼顾了高温抗车辙性能和抗疲劳性能,适用于重载和重交通沥青路面,半开级配沥青混合料适用于中轻荷载等级沥青路面。工程实践中应结合道路所在气候分区特点和使用性能要求,综合考虑下面层沥青稳定类材料结构类型。

Comparison of Overall Performance of Asphalt Mixture under Different Gradations
Abstract:On the basis of laboratory tests, it's compared with the pavement performance, mechanical properties, fatigue properties and reflection crack resistance of six asphalt mixtures including ATB-25, ATB-30, AC-25, LSAM-25, LSAM-30 and AM-20. The results indicated that the high-temperature rutting resistances of six asphalt stabilized materials were ranked as ATB-30>ATB-25>LSAM-30>LSAM-25>AC-25>AM-20, while low-temperature cracking resistances and water damage resistances were ranked as AC-25>ATB-25>ATB-30>LSAM-25>LSAM-30>AM-20. In terms of crack resistance, AC-25 has the best fatigue resistance, and ATB-25 has the lowest sensitivity to water in reflection crack resistance. ATB asphalt stabilized macadam and dense-graded asphalt mixture AC-25 combined rutting resistance and fatigue resistance, which was suitable for heavy-load and heavy traffic pavements; semi-open gradation asphalt mixture is suitable for medium-light load asphalt pavement. The structure of subsurface asphalt-stabilized material shall be subject to overall consideration in combination with characteristics of the climatic zone where the highway is located and service performance requirements in engineering practice.
