摘    要:采用智能化监测设备获取就地热再生高温加热后的沥青路面温度分布,研究就地热再生施工过程中高温加热对SBS改性沥青的老化与再生效果的影响;采用常规试验和红外光谱分析,对比室内外再生效果的差异。结果表明:沥青经过长期自然老化后低温性能下降,黏性增强,再生剂加入可改善老化沥青的低温延展性能,红外光谱分析表明,再生剂加入有助于调整老化沥青的组分。就地热再生高温加热后沥青路面的表面温度可达230℃,原路面老化改性沥青经过加热机高温加热后发生二次老化,此外,现场再生沥青的性能并没有得到有效改善。综合室内外原路面老化沥青的再生效果,提出需根据原路面老化沥青的现场再生情况,为现场施工质量的保证留出一定的再生剂余量。

Evaluation of Aging and Regeneration Effect of SBS Modified Asphalt during Construction Process of Hot In-place Recycling
Abstract:In this paper, intelligent monitoring equipment was used to obtain the temperature distribution of the asphalt pavement after high temperature heating, and the effect of high temperature heating on the aging and regeneration effect of SBS modified asphalt during hot in-place recycling construction was investigated. The difference between indoor and outdoor regeneration effect was analyzed and compared using conventional tests and FTIR. The results showed that the low temperature performance of asphalt decreases and the viscosity increases after long-term natural aging, and the addition of regenerating agent can restore the low temperature ductility of aging asphalt. The analysis of FTIR shows that the addition of regenerating agent is helpful to adjust the composition of aging asphalt. The surface temperature of the asphalt pavement can reach 230 ℃ after high temperature heating. The aged modified asphalt of original pavement occurred in the second aging. In addition, the performance of on-site regenerated asphalt has not been effectively improved. Considering the indoor and outdoor regeneration effect of aging asphalt of original pavement, it is suggested that a certain amount of regenerating agent should be set aside according to the on-site regeneration of aging asphalt of original pavement to ensure the on-site construction quality.
