船舶运维系统本质是一种数据处理系统,对各类监测传感器数据进行采集﹑传输﹑处理及显示。随着船舶结构复杂度及动力系统增强,处理数据种类越来越多,传统的单中心处理方式时效性较低,不能满足数据的爆发式增长。本文在分析了船舶自动运维数据流采集传输方式的基础上,设计了一种分布式处理结构,对采集的数据进行并行化处理,提升了船舶自动运维系统性能,最后利用B/S交互式的数据查询系统进行数据分析。 相似文献

航道水下数据采集和传输受到水下通信信道的多径干扰,导致数据监测的稳定性不好,提出一种基于无线传感器网络的航道水下数据监测系统设计方法。采用水下换能器基阵构建无线传感器网络,进行航道水下声纹数据、船舶辐射噪声数据以及海洋混响数据采集,采用局部总线技术进行监测数据的远程传输控制,采用TMS320C50 DSP芯片作为航道水下数据监测系统的核心处理芯片,进行航道水下数据的集成信息处理,监测系统的硬件设计分为无线传感器模块、数据滤波模块、中央控制模块以及总线模块,采用无线传感器网络进行数据监测系统的网络设计,实现水下航道数据流的多路复用、数据帧检测和上位机通信传输。测试结果表明,设计的数据监测系统能实现航道水下数据的准确采集和传输控制,数据稳定输出性能较好。 相似文献

在远洋船舶通信中,利用基于PID的船舶通信方法、基于CAN总线的船舶通信方法等传统船舶通信方法,其通信速率较低,因此提出一种基于可见光通信系统的远洋船舶通信方法,基于可见光通信系统对远洋船舶通信传感器进行设计,包括压力、湿度、温度等数据的传感通信,利用通信传感器进行船舶图像信息采集与船舶语音信息采集,利用DCT二维变换公式将采集得到的数据信息进行压缩处理,实现了基于可见光通信系统的远洋船舶通信。为了验证该方法的有效性,与基于PID的船舶通信方法、基于CAN总线的船舶通信方法进行对比,得出该方法的通信速率为82.3%。通过比较可知,本文所提方法的通信速率高于传统船舶通信方法,证明了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

在物联网通信环境下,传统的船舶通信网络异常数据检测系统,受到IPv4接口协议的限制,导致采用IPv6高速物联交互协议的流量节点异常机制管控性降低,全局物联网络交互单元出现异常数据节点检测识别漏洞,给网络通信安全带来威胁。因此,提出物联网环境下舰船通信网络异常数据检测系统设计。通过架设基于IPv6协议的交互数据节点支持硬件,实现对底层数据流的硬核支持;在数据交互的链路层添加异常数据甄别检测单元,配合异常节点流量识别算法,实现在链路层上对物联网异常数据的识别拦截,从而完成系统的设计。为保证设计系统的有效性,通过仿真实验对设计系统的检测识别准确性进行对比,通过数据证明提出设计系统优于传统检测系统。 相似文献

为了提高船舶中小组立等中间产品建造作业调度能力,提升船舶建造效率,提出面向多约束的船舶组立建造作业调度方法。首先,分析船舶组立建造的工艺流程和作业调度方法,综合考虑机器小组、工艺和交货期等多种约束条件,以建造周期最短为调度目标,建立船舶组立建造作业调度数学模型;其次,综合运用算法分解策略及调度规则,设计改进的最短作业优先调度算法实现模型求解;最后,以某船厂建造车间一定生产周期(17天)的中小组立先行中日程计划为对象,验证该方法的有效性和实用性。研究结果表明,所提出的面向多约束的船舶组立建造作业调度方法相较于当前的调度方法,排产周期压缩22小时,即缩短了原有周期的16.18%,有效提高了生产计划排产和作业调度效率。 相似文献

Good short-term ship scheduling and container shipment planning are very important for liner operations; however, in Taiwan,
most such carriers currently utilize a trial-and-error process. In this study, we employ network flow techniques to construct
a model for such activities. A solution algorithm, based on Lagrangian relaxation, a subgradient method, and a heuristic for
the upper-bound solution, is developed to solve the model. To demonstrate and to test how well the model and the solution
algorithm apply in the real world, we performed a case study using operating data from a major Taiwanese marine shipping company.
The test results show that the model and the solution algorithm could be useful references for ship scheduling and container

Nowadays, shipyards are making every effort to efficiently manage their resources such as gantry cranes, transporters, and
block stock yards. The scheduling of block lifting for a gantry crane has been manually performed by an expert shipyard manager
for many years. Such a practice, however, can lead to an undesirably long time to produce scheduling plans. In addition, the
quality of the scheduling plans may not be optimal. To improve the overall process, a block lifting scheduling system for
a gantry crane was developed in this study by using optimization techniques. A block lifting scheduling problem was first
formulated as a multiobjective optimization problem. For a gantry crane, minimization of the traveling distance while unloaded
and wire and shackle replacement between block lifting was considered. An optimization algorithm based on the genetic algorithm
was then proposed and implemented so as to solve the problem. To evaluate the efficiency and applicability of the developed
system, the system was applied to an actual block lifting scheduling problem in a shipyard. Compared to results achieved by
manual scheduling by an expert manager, the results of this work show that blocks can be more efficiently lifted by a gantry

It is essential for a safe and cost-efficient marine operation to improve the knowledge about the real-time onboard vessel conditions. This paper proposes a novel algorithm for simultaneous tuning of important vessel seakeeping model parameters and sea state characteristics based on onboard vessel motion measurements and available wave data. The proposed algorithm is fundamentally based on the unscented transformation and inspired by the scaled unscented Kalman filter, which is very computationally efficient for large dimensional and nonlinear problems. The algorithm is demonstrated by case studies based on numerical simulations, considering realistic sensor noises and wave data uncertainties. Both long-crested and short-crested wave conditions are considered in the case studies. The system state of the proposed tuning framework consists of a vessel state vector and a sea state vector. The tuning results reasonably approach the true values of the considered uncertain vessel parameters and sea state characteristics, with reduced uncertainties. The quantification of the system state uncertainties helps to close a critical gap towards achieving reliability-based marine operations. 相似文献
