结合上海港外高桥港区6期工程汽车滚装码头设计,并根据汽车滚装船跳板作业的特殊要求,分别采用基于跳板作业高度要求和基于跳板作业时间要求的2种方法计算高桩梁板式汽车滚装泊位码头面高程。计算结果和实际靠船实践证明,采用这2种计算方法对高桩梁板式汽车滚装泊位码头面高程进行控制是合理的,也是经得起实践考验的。  相似文献

岸坡道是滚装码头结构中连接滚装船和码头的关键部位。针对短跳板滚装船(一般指跳板长度小于5 m)岸坡道的设计问题,对中外规范相关规定进行分析,结合非洲某工程案例,对比分析不同跳板长度滚装船靠泊结果。结果表明,当设计水位差小于1. 5 m时,可按照规范要求采用固定式岸坡道,但是短跳板滚装船存在跳板脱离岸坡道或仰角过大的风险;设计岸坡道前宜先判断尾跳板端部可调节的垂直高差是否大于设计水位差与满载空载吃水差之和,当前者小于后者时,在不具备采用可调式岸坡道的情况下,可采用多级固定式岸坡道(不同顶高程)来解决滚装船的靠泊问题。  相似文献

为满足海口新港码头重载客货车登船需要,同时适应由于船舶空满载和码头潮差变化叠加引起的位置变化,采用双液压缸同步控制方式对升降桥进行驱动和控制,设计实现了满足200 t客货车辆登船要求的液压滚装升降桥。实际工程应用表明该升降桥同步升降速度达到0.4 m/min,升降过程中液压缸同步误差控制在1%以内,车辆登桥速度达到5 km/h,满足重载车辆快速顺利登船要求。  相似文献

针对斜坡式码头通用性差、难以满足部队全域机动需要的问题,基于艉直式跳板滚装船丁靠直立式码头的装卸载模式,建立了装卸载作业时水位和时间的计算模型。水位模型根据船艉跳板与码头搭接的上下两个极限位置来推导出作业水位的取值范围。时间模型根据潮汐涨落规律,近似为简谐运动曲线,相继求得潮高修正数、相位角、潮面与低潮(高潮)的时间间隔等参数,最终得到相应潮时。通过实例验证了两种模型的正确性,并计算出装卸载作业的水位和时间范围。  相似文献

针对滚装码头装卸车辆的潮位范围选择问题,以滚装直跳板为研究对象,分析跳板技术状态、船的状态、通行车辆性能和码头参数等因素对作业潮位的影响,并将影响情况定量转化为仅以跳板工作角度为未知数的不等式组,采用数值迭代法求解出跳板工作角度范围,进而预报作业潮位范围,并通过工程实例对该作业潮位预报方法进行验证。结果表明,该作业潮位预报方法具有普遍适用性,可用于指导滚装船制定码头装卸作业计划。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
