Based on the Reissner assumptions, the free vibration analysis of simply supported cylindrical and rectangular sandwich panels with isotropic face sheets and a functionally graded core is concerned. Firstly, the expressions of the displacements, stresses and internal forces are presented according to the constitutive relations and stress states of the core and face sheets. Then, the dynamic stability and compatibility equations are given for cylindrical sandwich panels with functionally graded core, elastic modulus and density in which vary continuously in the thickness direction. Finally, the proposed solutions are validated by comparing the results of degenerate example with classical solutions, and a numerical analysis is performed on the example of simply supported cylindrical and rectangular sandwich panels. The elastic modulus and density of the functionally graded core are assumed to be graded by a power law distribution of volume fractions of the constituents, and the Poisson ratio is held constant. The effects of the distribution of functionally graded core's properties, the thickness-side ratios and ratio of radius(R) to length(l) κ = R/l are also examined.  相似文献

In this paper, the problems of combustion instability and high-temperature corrosion of pulverized coal fired boiler are investigated by numerical simulation and analysis of the momentum moment. Elbow and twisting plate type of burners are used in the boiler, and the reverse moment of momentum is formed at the outlet of the fuel-rich side of the burner. The momentum moment in the boiler is opposite to the designed tangential circle, and the tangential circle in the boiler is reversed rotation. The reverse moment of momentum at the burner outlet can be eliminated by using louver horizontal bias pulverized coal burner, while the problems of combustion instability and high-temperature corrosion of the boiler are solved, and the combustion efficiency is improved. Accordingly,economic benefit is obviously got.  相似文献

Since the last decade the central government endeavors to promote large scale of urbanization in China. Lots of new urban towns and districts are taking shape. Outline of the 12th Five-year Plan released by the central government points out that the new towns and districts are to be regulated. But few researches are considering the new towns and districts especially in the spatial distributive pattern and status in China. Given this situation this paper, after sorting out the world-wide research and development of new urban towns and districts, gives definitions of broad and narrow meanings. Based on the broad meaning definition, the database of new towns and districts in China is established. This paper then conducts a preliminary analysis of the new towns and districts. Then the two-step work plan and the advices are also proposed to further improve the research and practice of its kind in China.  相似文献

Objective To reveal the relationship between the 5-HTTLPR and the Chinese Han nationality children with CA, compared the distribution of the 5-HTTLPR between the Han Chinese children with CA and healthy Han Chinese children , and analyzed the association between the 5-HTTLPR and clinical symptoms of the Han Chinese children with CA. Methods Genomic DNAs of fifty subjects including 25 autistic children and 25 controls were extracted from blood samples. PCR amplification using Oligonucleotide primers flanking 5-HTTLPR was performed. Results① Three kinds of alleles including the S (short) allele, the L (long) allele and the VL allele were found , and the 5-HTTLPR genotypes shown were S/S, L/L, S/L and L/VL. ②Allele frequencies did not differ significantly in patient groups in comparison with the control sample. No significant difference was identified between the observed 5-HTTLPR genotype distribution of the patient groups and control group. ③The distribution of homozygons and heterozygous subjects between the two groups differed significantly. ④ The genotypes of the 5-HTTLPR polymorphism correlated significantly with the Body Movement Factor. ⑤ The allele frequency of healthy Han Chinese population and that of healthy Japanese population were similar. The frequency of S allele in not only autistic subjects but also healthy children in this study was considerably more than that in Caucasians and the frequency of L allele in our subjects decreased correspondingly. Conclusion ① A significant difference in the allele frequency between the Han Chinese and Caucasian populations was found. ② The genotypes of the 5-HTTLPR polymorphism correlated significantly with the Body Movement Factor of the patients. ③ The homozygote and the L allele were positively relevant to CA and they might be the risk factors of CA. The heterozygote and the S allele were negatively relevant to CA and they might be the protective factors of CA.  相似文献

The hoist bracket links the rescue hoist with the helicopter cabin, and its structure design greatly affects the operation convenience and safety of the hoistman and lifeguard in the rescue process with a helicopter.This paper firstly builds the force model of the hoist and bracket, and gives five kinds of typical working conditions as the design ones of the bracket. Then this paper puts forward a design process of the hoist bracket based on the topology optimization and strength analysis with the 3D modeling and finite element analysis. This design process can make the bracket’s structure lightweight by achieving the optimal material layout under the conditions of maximizing the static stiffness or minimizing the compliance of the bracket. And this improves the dynamic performance of the helicopter, and reduces the fuel consumption and cost under the strength constraints. Finally,taking the design of the hoist bracket used in a rescue helicopter as an example, this paper illustrates the proposed model and method. The analysis results show that the mass of the hoist bracket decreases by 12.5% while the static stiffness of the hoist bracket is achieved. The optimization design results meet the strength requirements of the hoist.  相似文献

Nanotechnology is a rapidly growing science of producing and utilizing nano-sized particles. These nanomaterials are already having an impact on health care. Nowadays we are using nanoproducts in various fields,and this leads to direct and indirect exposure in human. Skin is the largest organ of the body and functions as the first-line barrier between the external environment and the internal organs of the human body. Then people worry about the nanoparticle(NP) small enough to penetrate the skin. The potential of solid NPs to penetrate the stratum corneum and to diffuse into underlying structures raises a considerable health and safety issue for their topical use. We review the current state of knowledge on the potential risk to human health presented by skin penetration of NPs nanotechnologies, and explore the robustness of current research strategies and directions to ensure the development of "safe" and publicly accepted nano-based products and technologies.  相似文献

Based on the Brinson constitutive model of SMA, a piecewise linear model for the hysteresis loop of pseudo-elasticity is proposed and applied in the analysis of responses of an SMA-spring-mass system under initial velocity activation. The histories of displacement and velocity of the mass, and the response of stress of SMA are calculated with Brinson‘s model and the piecewise linear model. The difference of results of the two models is not significant. The calculation with piecewise-linear model needs no iteration and is highly efficient.  相似文献

A small auto micropipette system is developed to improve the reliability and accuracy of the automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer's microscale pipetting system. A sophisticated injection mechanism is designed by the means of dislocation parallel distribution of the screw and injector piston rod. It possesses the function of pipetting, taking and removing the pipette tips. In the control system, STM32 controller is used, controlling the single-axis S-type acceleration/deceleration algorithm and multi-threaded coordinated motion. The acceleration/deceleration curves are analyzed and optimized by using the method of segmentation; a minimum injection rate of 1 μL and a step rate of 0.05 μL are realized. The method of digital image processing is used to detect the amount of pipetting in micro-pipetting quantitatively. The liquid area is extracted by background contrast method, and the liquid volume in the tip is obtained by combining the geometric characteristics of the disposable tip, when the pipetting capacity is not qualified to carry out specific guidance on the pipetting system, and avoid the blocking needle, bubble and other abnormal pipetting phenomenon on the impact of pipetting accuracy. The experimental results show that the combination of the automatic sampling system and the image flow detection system can effectively improve the precision and reliability of the micro-pipetting system. Finally, the injection accuracy of the system at the test points with 10, 50 and 100 μL liquid volumes reaches 1.8%, 1.28% and 1.15%respectively.  相似文献

Dijkstra algorithm is a basic algorithm to analyze the vehicle routing problem (VRP) in the terminal distribution of logistics center. According to the actual client demands of service speed and quality, the conceptions of economical distance of delivery and the best routing algorithm were given on the base of the Dijkstra algorithm with consideration of a coefficient of the road hustle degree. Economical distance of delivery is the shortest physical distance between two customers. It is the value of goods delivery in shortest distance when concerning factors such as the road length, the hustle degree, the driveway quantity, and the type of the road. The improved algorithm is being used in the development and application of a distribution path information system in the terminal distribution of logistics center. The simulation and practical case prove that the algorithm is effective and reasonable.  相似文献

The spacecraft space radiation environment was simulated by60 Co source. The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) coatings were fabricated on LY12 substrates. And the effect of gamma(γ) irradiation on the tribological behavior of PTFE coatings under vacuum conditions was investigated. Results indicate that the radiation dose has insignificant effect on the friction coefficient of PTFE coatings, and the wear of PTFE coatings reduces with the increase of gamma dose. As the gamma dose was 100 kGy, the friction coefficient of the PTFE coatings first increased with the increase of sliding velocity and then decreased, and the wear of the PTFE coatings decreased with the increase of sliding speed. As the gamma dose was 100 kGy, the friction coefficient of the PTFE coatings first decreased with the increase of load and then increased, and the wear rate of PTFE coatings increased with the increase of load. 为提高电机故障诊断的准确率和有效性,提出了一种故障特征提取与强化的新方法.即在对所采集的交流电机振动加速度信号进行数据预处理之后,用盲源分离方法进行独立振动源的分离,然后采用小波包分析方法进行特征提取,并进行特征频带的简化及特征强化处理,特征强化后的数据作为交流电机故障诊断模型的输入.该方法通过对振动加速度信号进行分离,能够分离出混合信号中的独立振动源,提高了故障特征提取的正确率和准确度;通过对特征频带化简,减少了故障诊断模型的输入,进而简化了模型的结构;特征强化使模型能够更有效地识别故障状态.  相似文献

分析了柴油机气缸盖系统激励和响应信号的非线性特性,阐述了基于BP神经网络的柴油机气缸压力识别方法.对测试的振动响应信号进行时域统计平均和低通滤波后,训练BP神经网络,利用自适应梯度下降算法,自适应调节学习速率,提高网络精度,识别柴油机气缸压力.结果表明,恢复出来的缸内压力信号和实测信号十分接近,该方法对柴油机的实时在线控制、监测和故障诊断有重要的应用价值.  相似文献

某弹性安装的柴油发电机组运转时受到了冲击作用,测试了其加速度响应。实测信号是自身运转振动和冲击响应的综合。采用小波分解重构和小波阈值降噪方法分离冲击响应,结果表明冲击信号主要由2部分构成:(1)低频衰减正弦信号,是由底座冲击经过隔振器后传递到柴油机的响应;(2)频率成分复杂的信号,是限位器造成的冲击。计算了限位器冲击信号的冲击响应谱。  相似文献

提出了一种基于集成神经网络识别铣刀磨损量的监测方法.利用小波包变换将切削力和振动信号分解为不同频带的时间序列,从每个信号中选择与刀具磨损状态最相关的3组频段的均方根作为监测特征;通过信号的组合和不同子网络输出决策间的融合,集成神经网络输出刀具磨损的识别结果.试验和仿真分析表明,此方法能够满足刀具磨损量实时监测的要求.  相似文献

针对摆式列车倾摆控制系统故障的特点,研究了神经网络结合小波包分析进行故障诊断的方法,采用小波包分解和信号重构的方法,将在摆式列车试验台上采集到的振动信号分解到不同的频带以提取有关的故障信息,并将振动信号各频带内的能量特征作为训练样本输入前向神经网络,用优于改进梯度下降法的Levenberg—Marquardt优化方法对网络进行训练,对倾摆控制系统的常见故障进行识别和诊断。实践表明,该方法对摆式列车倾摆系统故障的诊断是可靠的。  相似文献

为探究小半径曲线钢轨波磨与车内振动噪声的关系,以高铁站区线路中出现的钢轨波磨为对象,开展了实车试验与轨面平直度现场测试;采用同步压缩小波变换提取了车厢内部振动与噪声信号的时频特征,并引入全局小波功率谱和小波能量比对信号进行量化分析;建立了波磨严重程度与车厢内振动噪声水平的关联关系,对比了车体与走行部构件之间动力响应的差异,探讨了波磨所在曲线半径对车内振动噪声的影响。研究结果表明:在小半径曲线地段,车厢内振动与噪声信号的优势频率为500~550 Hz,与钢轨波磨引起的轮轨冲击频率一致,且该频段的能量在波磨严重区段愈加显著;轴箱与转向架构架振动信号在500~550 Hz频带也存在能量峰值,而轴箱振动信号中出现的330、1 046 Hz等峰值频率被一系悬挂有效过滤,使得构架振动响应中未见此频率成分;在车厢内采集的各项信号中,车体垂向振动响应与钢轨波磨沿线路里程的分布特征最为相关,而车内噪声、纵/横向振动、侧滚运动的相关性次之,摇头运动的相关性最低;与直线和大半径曲线相比,小半径曲线区段的车体振动与噪声水平受钢轨波磨的影响更为显著。  相似文献
