在一台ZS1100柴油机上,以碳质纳米颗粒氧化石墨烯(GO)、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)和石墨烯(GR)作为燃料添加剂(25×10^(-6)和100×10^(-6))分别加入生物柴油-柴油掺混燃料中,研究了柴油机的燃烧特性、经济性能和炭烟排放特性。结果表明,柴油中掺混20%体积比的生物柴油改善了燃烧过程,各负荷下滞燃期缩短,CA50提前,炭烟排放降低,但燃油消耗率最大增加了4.2%,热效率降低了2.1%。3种碳质纳米燃料添加剂的加入都优化了掺混燃料的燃烧,缩短了滞燃期,改善了燃油经济性,对比发现,添加100×10^(-6)的MWCNT后,缸压峰值最大提高了0.334 MPa,放热率峰值提高了17.9%,同时燃油消耗率最大降低5.0%,热效率提高4.4%。3种碳质纳米燃料添加剂的加入都降低了炭烟排放,且MWCNT和GR在高浓度时效果更加明显,其中100×10^(-6)的MWCNT效果最显著,炭烟排放最大降低了17.2%。 相似文献

用光学可视化方法研究乙醇柴油混合燃料的燃烧特征 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
应用直接图像法对乙醇柴油的燃烧过程进行研究。在一台单缸直接喷射式柴油机上,建立了直接图像法拍摄燃烧火焰图像的光学系统,对15%乙醇柴油、15%乙醇柴油加十六烷值改进剂、纯柴油在同一转速下的燃烧过程进行可视化研究。对火焰照片分析表明:柴油中加入乙醇后,无论是否恢复其十六烷值,其着火滞燃期都延长了,燃烧持续期缩短,火焰辉度减弱。在乙醇柴油中加入十六烷值改进剂后,着火滞燃期相对提前,燃烧持续期和火焰辉度增加,但仍然没有达到柴油机水平,这说明十六烷值改进剂有利于改善乙醇柴油的燃烧性能。通过温度场分析发现:乙醇柴油的缸内平均温度峰值要比纯柴油低很多,而且乙醇柴油燃烧时平均温度上升相当平缓。 相似文献

本文介绍苏联为使军用高速柴油机,主要是150系列柴油机,适应高寒地区气候条件而研究使用汽油的背景及其进行多种燃料化的观点。介绍了燃料添加剂硝酸环己脂的物理性质及其在单、多缸机上进行试验的结果。试验结果证实在汽油中加添少量硝酸环己脂是一种简便的“多种燃料化”方法,可以获得与使用柴油时基本上一致的发动机工作参数。 相似文献

The prospect of using turpentine oil as an additive for Jatropha biodiesel and using it as an alternative fuel for diesel in CI engines has been experimented in this work. Tests were carried out in a single cylinder, air cooled, constant speed, direct injection diesel engine. The results display that the performance of Jatropha-Mineral Turpentine (JMT) and Jatropha- Wood Turpentine (JWT) blends were found close to diesel, emission features were enhanced and combustion parameters were noticed to be comparable with diesel. Brake thermal efficiency of JMT20 blend found closer to diesel at 75 % load. BSFC increases for JMT and JWT blends at part load and maintains at full load. CO, HC and Smoke emissions were reduced with JMT and JWT blends at 75 % load. NOx emissions were on the raise. Furthermore, JMT and JWT blends offered comparable performance and combustion parameters, reduced emissions and both can substitute standard diesel in CI engines. 相似文献

This paper presents an experimental study that involves an application of the Taguchi method and grey relational analysis
to determine the optimum factor level to obtain optimum multiple-performance characteristics of a diesel engine run with different
low-percentage thumba biodiesel-diesel blends. Four factors, namely, low-percentage thumba biodiesel-diesel blend, compression
ratio, nozzle opening pressure and injection timing were each considered at three levels. An L9 orthogonal array was used to collect data for various engine performance- and emission-related responses under different
engine loads. The signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio and grey relational analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the
study revealed that the combination of a blend consisting of 30% thumba biodiesel (B30), a compression ratio of 14, a nozzle
opening pressure of 250 bar and an injection timing of 20° produces maximum multiple performance of a diesel engine with minimum
