混凝土中氯离子侵蚀过程与外部环境条件、混凝土自身性能等因素密切相关。通过开展2~40℃5个不同环境温度和28、56及90 d 3个养护龄期的室内盐水浸泡试验,研究环境温度和养护龄期对普通混凝土和高性能混凝土氯离子侵蚀规律的影响。结果表明:环境温度影响混凝土中氯离子的扩散速度,随着环境温度的升高,混凝土中氯离子扩散系数增大,并且环境温度对氯离子扩散速度的影响程度及混凝土活化能Ea与混凝土性能、养护龄期相关;在对南北不同地区混凝土耐久性设计和施工时,应充分考虑混凝土材料的差异性及养护时间对活化能Ea取值的影响。 相似文献

根据混凝土中氯离子的分布对氯离子侵入性能进行评价时,混凝土粉末样品的采集,氯离子含量的测试和表达方式,均可对评价结果产生影响。在干湿循环条件下,以理论上的表面氯离子浓度为主要评价参数对氯离子的渗透性能进行评价的方法不尽合理。通过对暴露26年后的青岛北海船厂码头中大量的混凝土芯样中氯离子分布的分析和计算,结合其它文献中氯离子分布的数据,提出了以扩散区与对流区界面为扩散表面,以界面处的氯离子浓度为扩散表面浓度,评价氯离子侵入性能和进行寿命预测的方法。 相似文献

当前对于海洋环境下混凝土结构中氯离子的扩散问题的数值模拟研究大多停留在宏观层面,没有考虑混凝土细观结构的影响。针对这一问题,建立了混凝土三维球形随机骨料细观模型,并基于该模型提出了混凝土中氯离子扩散细观数值模拟方法。混凝土三维球形随机骨料模型以随机过程理论为依据,考虑了骨料粒径大小和位置分布的随机性,更接近实际情况;基于该模型的氯离子扩散细观数值模拟方法能够从细观层面反应混凝土中氯离子扩散规律,可以作为混凝土中氯离子扩散研究的重要手段。在此基础上研究了混凝土细观结构对氯离子扩散的影响,结果表明:界面过渡区厚度和扩散系数越大时,经扩散进入混凝土中的总体氯离子含量越多,但混凝土浅层区域内的氯离子含量越少;随着粗骨料体积分数的增加,混凝土中相同深度处的氯离子浓度降低。 相似文献

The exposure temperature significantly affects the diffusion of chloride ions in concrete, and, as such, it must be taken into consideration in the development of service-life prediction models for structures exposed to chloride-bearing environments. Most of the earlier studies have used cement paste to assess the effect of exposure temperature on chloride diffusion. In the reported study, chloride diffusion in Type I and fly ash (20% fly ash) cement concrete was evaluated under field and laboratory conditions. The laboratory concrete specimens were exposed to chloride solution maintained at four temperatures (22, 35, 50 and 60 °C) for 365 days. Beam specimens were exposed in the tidal zone of a marine exposure site, along the Arabian Gulf coast, for up to 10 years to study the chloride diffusion in the field specimens. The coefficient of chloride diffusion (Da) in the concrete specimens exposed to 22 or 35 ᵒC in the laboratory was less than that in the concrete specimens exposed to 50 and 60 ᵒC. The Da for Type I cement concrete specimens increased by 3.6 times as the temperature was increased from 22 to 60 ᵒC while this increase was 2.3 times for the fly ash cement concrete specimens for a similar increase in the temperature. The Da decreased with the period of exposure in the field specimens. The values of activation energy that can be used for predicting the chloride diffusion for exposure temperature within the range of 22–60 °C were developed based on the laboratory data. In addition, mathematical models were developed relating the coefficient of chloride diffusion in the field and laboratory concrete specimens. The developed models can be utilized to ascertain chloride diffusion in field specimens, utilizing the laboratory values, and hence calculate the useful service-life of structures. 相似文献

Chloride migration tests are used to measure the concrete capacity to inhibit chloride attack. Many researchers carry out this test in a slice of concrete extracted from the central part of cylindrical specimens, discarding about 75% of the concrete used to mold the specimens. This fact generated the question: would it be possible to extract more slices from a same specimen without losing the confidence in the results? The main purpose of this work is to answer this question. Moreover, another aim of this study was to show the difference of chloride penetration between finished faces and the formwork surfaces of concrete beams and slabs. The results indicated that it is possible to use more slices of a single specimen for a chloride migration test. Moreover, it was demonstrated that there is a significant difference of chloride penetration between the finished surface and the formwork surface of the specimens. 相似文献

采用化学结合水法、氯离子快速测定法(RCM法)和混凝土成熟度测定法研究了56 d龄期内混凝土氯离子扩散系数和混凝土成熟度的关系。结果表明:混凝土氯离子扩散系数不仅随养护龄期的延长而降低,还随养护温度的升高而降低,延长养护龄期或提高养护温度均可提高胶凝材料的水化程度;室内养护混凝土试件的氯离子扩散系数与混凝土成熟度值之间呈幂函数关系,二者具有很好的相关性(R2=0.976),利用室外养护混凝土试件的数据进行验证计算,其理论计算值与实测值具有较好的吻合性,可根据混凝土成熟度实测值预测出混凝土的氯离子扩散系数;在本工程中,沉管隧道接触海水时混凝土成熟度的推荐值为21064℃·h,控制边界值为13926℃·h,考虑外部养护温度和水化热对混凝土成熟度产生影响时,可对混凝土接触海水的龄期通过后计算进行适当的调整。 相似文献

为快速、准确地测定混凝土中氯离子的含量,以实现对混凝土耐久性的有效评价和钢筋腐蚀的适时防护与有效修复,研究现场测试氯离子渗透性的方法是非常必要的。结合客运专线工程施工情况,分别按矿物掺合料不同掺量以及不同的强度等级进行配合比设计试验,采用PERMIT离子迁移仪对混凝土试件进行氯离子扩散系数的测定,并采用电通量法进行验证。结果表明:随着电通量的增加,氯离子扩散系数呈现增加的趋势,二者存在很好的线性关系;双掺粉煤灰+矿粉的混凝土抗氯离子侵入性优于单掺粉煤灰的混凝土;PERMIT离子渗透试验方法测得的试验结果准确可靠,具有很强的实用性。可以为混凝土耐久性的判定提供依据。 相似文献

研究了不同种类的矿物掺合料对混凝土的力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。试验结果表明,对单掺矿物掺合料的高性能混凝土而言,在水胶比和坍落度相同的情况下,掺硅灰的混凝土的抗压强度最高,其次是掺粉煤灰的混凝土,掺矿渣的混凝土强度最低。矿物掺合料的掺入能改善混凝土抗氯离子渗透的能力,其中以硅灰为最好,其次是矿渣,粉煤灰稍差。 相似文献
