海洋钻井平台是海洋工程中的一个重要组成部分,其主要作用就是在海洋上面创建一个供钻井设备能够正常工作的支持平台,是石油工业和船舶行业结合的产物,具有很高的科技含量,且大部分移动式钻井平台是没有动力的,必须借助拖轮来实现其活动的目的。而根据不同工程技术作业的要求,装备各种相应的专用设备从事水面、水下各种工程技术作业的工程船,也多数为非自航箱式船,工程船的移动和定位也必须借助拖轮来完成。随着我国沿海和海上大型施工项目建设的迅速发展,使得大型非自航工程船舶、钻井平台等拖带业务越来越多,且吨位和尺度越来越大,沿海各港口和施工项目之间的拖带任务日益频繁,由于各作业水域的地理环境、水文气象、潮汐及洋流等条件不同,拖轮拖带系、解缆和靠泊平台的操作也不尽相同,现以目前最常用的三用工作船为例,介绍在不同潮流、不同抛锚情况下拖带作业中系、解拖缆的几种方法,对海上航行安全拖带、靠离平台作业、协助工程船抛起锚及定位具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

无动力钻井平台由于其本身无自航能力,需要拖船协助海上拖航及靠离泊作业,对钻井平台的控制难度较大。特别是拖航进港时,由于受港内狭窄水域限制,操纵难度更大。笔者以我站引航员指挥拖带无动力大型钻井平台"蓝鲸1号"为例,对指挥拖带该钻井平台由烟台港20号浮经北航道、西航道、来福士航道至来福士10号泊位安全靠泊的整个引航过程进行了梳理,为类似的无动力大型钻井平台的港内拖航操纵提供参考。  相似文献

近年来,随着船厂等生产规模扩大,装载特殊要求构件的大型平板驳船的拖航、靠离泊日趋频繁。此种驳船通常进口装载放样后的船用钢板、管系等,在船厂进行拼装焊接:出口则是大型船舶所用的舱盖板及首尾部舾装件。驳船的拖带与大型海上平台和大型浮吊类似。在海上航行时由远洋大马力拖轮进行吊拖拖带.靠码头时以拖轮旁拖驳船方式来完成。该类船舶在操纵上比较特殊,如果按照常规做法进行靠离泊.有一定的风险。宁波港目前几乎每天都有此种类型的驳船需要引航操作。由此积累了一定的操作经验,在此与同仁作交流和探讨。  相似文献

超大型无动力平台的拖航是一项高难度的航海作业,由于平台大多无自身动力、体积庞大、上层建筑高大,拖航作业难度大。同时在航道水域拖航出海,航道船舶流量大、通航环境更为复杂,如何保证大型海工设施在繁忙航道、狭窄水域安全出运,对于航运企事业单位、港航管理部门意义重大。本文以“德X”拖轮带自升式钻井平台“东方X”由南通招商局重工码头拖带出长江,南下至琼州海峡的经验,介绍编队、平台拔桩、离码头、拖带出江、海上航行、进琼州海峡期间的通航过程与存在的风险,同时对拖航作业安全保障进行探讨,以期为该类作业提供参考。  相似文献

拖航钻井平台是项技术性很强的业务。常常是若干艘大型拖轮组成庞大的拖航船队,经港口、过浅滩、避碰撞、抗风浪,形成了一套独特的拖带操纵技术。本文作者总结了八年来数十次操纵拖轮进行海上拖航钻井平台的实际经验。谈到黄浦江航道狭窄、弯道多,重点在“避碰”;南水道航道浅滩多、变化快,重点在“防浅”;海上拖航除了风浪、渔船要注意外,重点在算准时间,确保准时抵达井位;而钻井平台定位后,船舶靠离平台的操纵,难点在“靠”。靠的时候要轻轻靠,同时要安排好:离的时候能离得开。本文介绍的三种靠离方法,值得各拖船、三用船、交通船等作参考。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
