基于汽油发动机热环境NBR复合垫片应用扭矩衰减研究

丁腈橡胶(NBR)复合垫片具有良好的密封性能,在发动机油路及水路中应用广泛。NBR复合垫片在应用过程中存在紧固结构扭矩衰减的问题。文章通过研究发动机热环境,并设计验证试验,探讨了NBR复合垫片在应用过程中扭矩衰减的机理,通过优化NBR复合垫片的参数,消除了扭矩衰减,对NBR复合垫片在发动机上的应用具有指导意义。
