为提高舰船设备老化性能评价的准确性,设计了舰船设备老化性能评价指标的数学模型。首先建立了舰船设备老化性能指标,然后制定相对应标准与按评估指标项取值对舰船设备相关数据采集,最后采用物理模型代替系统可靠性模型的逻辑关系,通过描述性能参数随时间的变化规律,建立基于性能退化模型的机械设备性能参数可靠性模型。实验结果表明,此次研究的舰船设备老化性能评价指标的数学模型在舰船设备老化性能评价准确性较高,并减少了舰船设备老化性能评价时间。  相似文献

为了探究老化对水润滑轴承材料摩擦性能的影响,本文选用典型的水润滑轴承材料热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)作为研究对象,依照GB/T3512-2014热加速老化标准对材料进行老化处理。所有的摩擦磨损试验均在CBZ-1船舶轴系摩擦磨损试验机上进行,综合运用超景深显微镜、接触式表面轮廓仪、电子扫描显微镜等多种表面测试技术手段探讨了磨损过程中热塑性聚氨酯试样表面的磨损特征,探讨了不同老化状态试样的磨损机理。试验结果表明:70 ℃老化120 h热塑性聚氨酯的平均摩擦系数降低了57.5%;90 ℃老化600 h热塑性聚氨酯的平均摩擦系数上升了32%;通过FT-IR和Raman分析,随着老化进行,氢键化氨酯基增多,少量氨酯基的C-N键断裂。复杂的化学变化改善了热塑性聚氨酯的有序结构,增加次晶和结晶度,摩擦系数降低;进一步老化造成大分子在应力集中处断裂,使部分柔性分子链脱离基体,摩擦性能恶化。  相似文献

船舶机舱的监控设备经多年使用后备件耗尽,技术状态老化,若设备全部更新或到原设备制造厂定制配件都需大量资金,现实中往往难以实现。而利用原设备中的可用资源,在原设备的基础上,用最新技术对其进行改造,则是一种很好的技术更新措施。本学院在对自动化机舱实验室改造过程中,利用PLC、PC以及最新的微机网络、多媒体、数据库技术,将20世纪80年代初期水平的自动化机舱监测系统改造成为具有20世纪90年代末期先进水平的机舱监控设备。  相似文献

The welding-induced residual stresses and distortions of butt-welds between non-corroded and corroded steel plates are studied experimentally and numerically, simulating a repair in an aged structure. Butt welds are made between plates with different corrosion levels and intact ones, and temperature distributions and distortions have been measured. Finite element analyses of the butt-welded corroded and non-corroded plates are performed to estimate the welding-induced distortions and residual stresses for different levels of corrosion degradation. The environmental conditions during the welding repair process are also accounted for. Experimentally evaluated mechanical properties of corroded steel plates as a function of the temperature during the welding process are employed in non-linear finite element analyses. The importance of the material properties as a function of the severity of the steel plates' corrosion degradation on the welding-induced distortions and residual stresses is also quantified. This study shows the importance of considering the ageing of steel in the repair process. The developed methodology allows critical operational decisions to be made with greater ease and confidence in analysing the welding-induced distortions and residual stresses when ageing structures are repaired to extend their service life. Furthermore, different welding sequence scenarios may be analysed to identify the most appropriate repair solution in minimising the repair cost.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to describe the experimental assessment of the ultimate strength of a severely corroded box girder subjected to a uniform bending moment resulting from four-point loading. Three box girders that could simulate the behaviour of midship sections have been deteriorated in corrosive seawater environment to simulate different levels of corrosion degradation of ageing ship structures. During the deterioration process, various parameters have been controlled and the total weight lost was registered. Corroded plate thicknesses have been measured in 212 points and a statistical analysis has been performed. The resulting corrosion wastage has been fitted by a non-linear time variant degradation model. The experimental results of the ultimate strength test of a severely corroded box girder subjected to a four-point loading have been analysed. The load-displacement and moment-curvature relationship is discussed, different failure modes are identified, and the strain gauges readings are analysed.  相似文献

The performance of a sealed stainless steel bracket system, adhesively bonded with two polyurethane-based adhesives (flexible adhesive, stiff adhesive) onto a marine polyurethane top coat, is investigated. The investigated joint connections on the coatings exhibited a high mechanical stability even after accelerated ageing (salt spray exposure, cyclic temperature variations, high relative humidity). The aged joints retained up to 81% of their tensile strength and up to 92% of their lap-shear strength. The torsional rigidity of the adhesive joint exceeded the required clamping torque of the designed bolt. A cyclical lifetime of >9·106 load cycles was estimated. Effects of cyclic ageing on the creep performance of the adhesive joint were found to be insignificant. Under tensile loads, the joints with stiff adhesive material exhibited a linear-elastic performance without the capability to deform prior to failure. The joints with the flexible adhesive material, in contrast, exhibited a behavior typically for ductile materials featuring a pronounced yield plateau prior to failure. Failure loads were higher, and displacement was notably lower, for the joints with stiff adhesive material. All joint connections met the requirements for a safety factor for the design for marine applications (11.6 for the flexible adhesive; 14.3 for the stiff adhesive). When the flexible adhesive is applied, the cohesive strength of the adhesive material is the limiting design factor. When the stiff adhesive is utilized, the load carrying capacity is higher, and the interface between priming coat and steel substrate is the limiting design area of the joints. The strength utilization of the adhesive materials depended on the particular structure of the entire joint configuration, particularly on the interface between steel substrate and the coating material. A number of assessment factors, namely stress limit factor, coating adhesion factor and safety factor, are introduced and discussed for tensile and shear loads.  相似文献
