Three kinds of ultra-light Mg-Li wrought alloys,Mg-5.5Li-3Al-1Zn-1Ce,Mg-7.0Li-3Al-1Zn-1Ce and Mg-10.5Li-3Al-1Zn-1Ce,were prepared by vacuum induction melting furnace;then the alloys were extruded and rolled.The microstructures and properties of these alloys were studied.The results indicate that the Mg-5.5Li3Al-1Zn-1Ce alloy has the highest strength,the Mg-10.5Li-3Al-1Zn-1Ce alloy has maximum elongation,and the Mg-7.0Li-3Al-1Zn-1Ce alloy has good comprehensive performance.Rolling deformation can increase strength further after extrusion deformation.  相似文献

Powder segregation induced by mold filling is an important phenomenon that affects the final quality of metal injection molding (MIM). The prediction of segregation in MIM requires a bi-phase flow model to describe distinctly the flows of metallic powder and polymer binder. Viscous behaviors for the flows of each phase should hence be determined. The coefficient of interaction between the flows of two phases should also be evaluated. However, only viscosity of the mixed feedstock is measurable by capillary tests. Wall sticking is supposed in the traditional model for capillary tests, while the wall slip is important to be taken into account in MIM injection. Objective of the present paper is to introduce the slip effect in bi-phase simulation, and search the suitable way to determine the viscous behaviors for each phase with the consideration of wall slip in capillary tests. Analytical and numerical methods were proposed to realize such a specific purpose. The proposed method is based on the mass conservation between the capillary flows in mono-phase model for the mixed feedstock and in bi-phase model for the flows of two phases. Examples of the bi-phase simulation in MIM were realized with the software developed by research team. The results show evident segregation, which is valuable for improving the mould designs.  相似文献

<正>A high-strength Mg-15.3Gd-l.8Ag-0.3Zr(GQ152K,mass fraction) alloy was prepared by conventional ingot metallurgy process.The solution and aging(denoted as T6) treated alloy exhibits remarkable mechanical properties with ultimate tensile strength of 421 MPa and tensile yield strength of 309MPa.It has higher igniting temperature of 1208 K.Moreover,it can stand against flame at 1203 K for over 6 min in vertical burning tests, and its flammabiUty behavior is very similar to that of 6101A1 alloy.Vertical burning tests appear to be able to directly study the flammability behavior of Mg alloys and it appears to be a good approach to study the flammability behavior of Mg alloys in an aircraft fire accident.  相似文献

On the basis of the quasi-isomorphism of finite groups, a new mapping, weak isomorphism, from a finite group to another finite group is defined. Let G and H be two finite groups and G be weak-isomorphic to H. Then G≌H if G satisfies one of the following conditions. 1) G is a finite Abelian group. 2) The order of G is p^3. 3 ) The order of G is p^n+1 and G has a cyclic normal subgroup N = 〈a〉 of order p^n. 4) G is a nilpotent group and if p^││G│, then for any P ∈ Sylp (G), P has a cyclic maximal subgroup, where p is a prime; 5) G is a maximal class group of order p4(p〉3).  相似文献

In the novel prototype of micro-gyroscope structure,the new configured capacitance sensing scheme for the micro gyroscope was analyzed and the virtual instrument based detection scheme was implemented.The digital lock-in amplifier was employed in the capacitance detection to restrain the noise interference.The capacitance analysis shows that 1 fF capacitance variation corresponds to 0.1 degree of the turn angle.The differential capacitance bridge and the charge integral amplifier were used as the front signal input interface.In the implementation of digital lock-in amplifier,a new routine which warranted the exactly matching of the reference phase to signal phase was proposed.The result of the experiment shows that digital lock-in amplifier can greatly eliminate the noise in the output signal.The non linearity of the turn angle output is 2.3% and the minimum resolution of turn angle is 0.04 degrees.The application of the software demodulation in the signal detection of micro-electro-mechanical-system(MEMS)device is a new attempt,and it shows the prospective for a high-performance application.  相似文献

Zn-Fe coatings on Q235 steel are prepared by pack cementation process at 390 ℃ for 2,4,6,8 and10 h to investigate the effects of the deposition time on the thickness and corrosion behavior of the Zn-Fe coatings.The thickness of the coating increases with the increase of the deposition time.The coating is composed of a thick outer layer and a thin inner layer.The formation of the coating depends on the inward diffusion of Zn atoms and the outward diffusion of Fe atoms.The outer layer is composed of Fe11 Zn40 and FeZn10 phases.The corrosion behavior of the Zn-Fe coatings is evaluated by immersion test and polarization test.The results show that the Zn-Fe coatings can effectively prevent the Q235 steel from corrosion.The corrosion resistance of the coating is proportional to the deposition time.  相似文献

The co-channel interference (collisions) seriously affect the transmission for the newly deployed wireless sensor networks since there is no structure at that phase. In this paper, the interference of the whole network is analyzed based on the SNIR model. The new concept of critical transmitting range is proposed, based on which the transmission theorem is obtained and proved. The results provide the theoretical ground to set up the primary structure of newly deployed networks.  相似文献

With COP and dynamic characteristics in refrigeration cycle as criteria,a new metal hydride couple--LaNi4.61Mn0.26Al0. 13/La0.6Y0.4Ni4.8Mn0.2 was selected by establishing calculation procedure and metal hydride selection model. The experimental results show that the refigeration cycle of the selected couple is good in the performance. The recovered waste heat and refrigeration power from exhaust gas of several kinds of automobile are calculated by waste-heat formula ,coefficient RQ and COP. Refrigeration cycle of the new couple can satisfy the air-conditioning requirement of truck and car and is not enough in passenger car,according to the respective cooling load.  相似文献

A new technique which is named charge temporary storage technique (CTST) was presented to improve the linearity of a 1.5 bit/s pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The residual voltage was obtained from the sampling capacitor, and the other capacitor was just a temporary storage of charge. Then, the linearity produced by the mismatch of these capacitors was eliminated without adding extra capacitor error-averaging amplifiers. The simulation results confirmed the high linearity and low dissipation of pipelined ADCs implemented in CTST, so CTST was a new method to implement high resolution, small size ADCs.  相似文献

Two roof solar collectors (RSCs), conventional single pass RSC and new double pass RSC, were compared. The new roof solar collector, which is formed by integrating a double pass solar air collector with the roof of the building, can be operated more efficiently for space heating in winter, and for natural ventilation in other seasons. To evaluate the performances of the two RSCs for both space heating and natural ventilation, a single traditional Chinese style house, on which the two RSCs will be mounted, was developed. The efficiency of solar energy conversion for the new RSC is higher than that of the single pass one by 10% on average, and the ventilation rate contributed by natural ventilation for the new RSC can be improved to a great extent for most cases, indicating that the new RSC is superior to the single pass one from the viewpoint of both space heating and natural ventilation. The new RSC is more potential for improving indoor thermal environment and energy saving of buildings.  相似文献

对国民经济增长的波动进行计算分析。应用Mexican Hat小波对国内生产总值(GDP)的增长率进行多时间尺度分析,再利用宏观经济学的理论从政府宏观调控政策、投资、消费等方面分析引起波动的原因。在不同时间尺度下,经济波动受到政策、投资和消费及重大政治事件的影响。通过对经济增长波动的因素及规律的分析,可以提高对经济发展的预见性,促进经济更好的增长。  相似文献

聚丙烯纤维混凝土以其独有的特点,越来越得到广泛的应用.介绍了利用均匀设计法对聚丙烯纤维混凝土的配合比进行优化分析的过程,选取水泥、速凝剂掺量、聚丙烯纤维掺量三个影响因素,对混凝土配比试件的试验数据统计结果进行回归分析,结果表明,在设定试验条件下,在每立方米混凝土中掺入0.9kg聚丙烯纤维的方案是比较合理的.  相似文献

奥运会作为世界最有影响的活动受到承办国的普遍而高度重视。本文在讨论当前北京交通实际情况的基础上,重点介绍了北京奥运会交通组织的成功之处;根据北京市未来社会发展与经济建设需求,结合北京市提出的交通发展目标,分析了在后奥运时期交通发展的基本思路;针对如何确保北京城市社会与经济的运行秩序,促进北京城市朝着国际化大都市发展,不断扩大北京乃至中国的国际影响力这个目标,指出了北京交通需要注意的问题,即进一步明确中心城区公共交通与私人交通的地位、通过对交通外部性来深化认识社会公平性等,最后提出了近期建设与管理中的一些具体措施。  相似文献

研究了纳米Ni粉对Cu粉末烧结性能的影响。研究表明:由于添加1%纳米Ni粉中的NiO未被完全还原,而且纳米Ni粉本身还有被CuO氧化成NiO的可能,因而纳米Ni粉在Cu粉末烧结过程中未能起到活化烧结的作用。相反,添加1%纳米Ni粉后还降低了Cu粉末烧结性能。  相似文献

An assessment method for the quality of service (QoS) of virtual knowledge communities (VKC) is proposed based on fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The QoS is evaluated in terms of Website design, reliability, responsiveness, trust,personalization, and information quality. The cognitive QoS and the QoS evaluated by assessors are compared to analyze which QoS of the VKC should be improved urgently and which indicators keep leading positions, and to assist administrators of the VKC on measuring and understanding current status and implementation effect of the QoS.  相似文献
