China International Marine Containers (Group), one of the pioneer container manufacturers and Sino-foreign joint ventures in China, was founded by China Merchants Holdings and the East Asiatic Company Ltd. in January 1980 and put into operation on 22nd September 1982. CIMC became a tri-party joint venture after COSCO joined in. CIMC went to the public in 1993 and has been listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange market since April 1994. Nantong COSCO KHI Ship En gineering Co., Ltd (NACKS), the large-scale shipbuilding joint venture between China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company and Kawasaki Shipbuilding Corporate (Kawasaki), located at the Yangtse Riverside of Nantong city with Shanghai and Suzhou down across the river. Liqui dsloshing is associated with various engineering problems.Many studies have been performed since 1950s.A comprehensive review on the study and advance of numerical simulation of liquid sloshing.with emphasis on free surface tracking techniques,has been presented in this paper.At present.several methods can be used to simulate liquid sloshing numerically.However,each method has its own advantages and disadvantages and it should be applied according tO characteristics of practical engineering problems.In the future.further work should be placed on developing more effective techniques for treating very large amplitude sloshing problems,namely,for simulating overturning,breaking and merging of free surface,for predicting transient impact loads pressure of sloshing.  相似文献
