建立了分布载荷作用下四边固支复合材料帽型加筋壁板弯曲变形的理论模型。通过算例比较理论计算和有限元仿真的结果,验证了理论模型的可靠性。在该理论计算模型的基础上,借助优化软件Isight,开展铺层角度和几何尺寸对目标函数的灵敏度分析,寻找主要设计变量并开展其对目标函数影响的研究以及加筋壁板刚度的优化设计。研究结果显示,面板和帽形筋外侧的铺层角、帽形筋高度以及斜边与面板的夹角是影响加筋壁板弯曲刚度和挠度的主要变量;加筋壁板弯曲刚度优化的主要方向是提高纵向弯曲刚度系数。对于同一优化目标,借助Isight平台可得到多种优化方案,工程设计人员可根据具体需求从中选择合适的方案。 相似文献

根据墨西哥湾某一典型固定式海洋平台为原型,按照刚度相似性和几何相似性,分别设计并制作了完好模型、腐蚀模型、裂纹模型,并对三个试验模型开展极限强度试验研究,试验结果表明腐蚀、裂纹损伤严重影响试验模型极限承载力,且试验模型失效模式各不相同.同时,采用非线性有限元方法,分别对三个试验模型进行计算,将计算结果与试验结果对比分析,验证了该方法在固定式海洋平台极限强度计算方面的有效性. 相似文献

通过分析现行规范关于艉轴架强度的计算理论,发现该理论未考虑艉轴架结构刚度耦合作用。因此,针对艉轴架结构的受力特性,建立考虑艉轴架刚度耦合的艉轴架反力计算模型,推导出考虑艉轴架刚度耦合作用的内力计算公式,定义描述结构刚度耦合作用的"广义刚度比"参数,并将该公式与现行计算公式进行无量纲化对比。以某船艉轴架结构为例,对其分别采用有限元模型仿真、本文计算理论和现行不考虑艉轴架刚度耦合的计算理论等3种方法进行定量计算,并提出艉轴架扭转刚度的计算方法。结果表明:基于本文考虑耦合的内力计算理论的计算结果与有限元仿真结果符合良好,不考虑耦合的现行计算理论的计算结果与有限元仿真计算结果相差较大;现行不考虑耦合的内力计算理论使艉轴架截面内应力计算结果偏大,且随着"广义刚度比"的增大而严重,从而可能导致"艉轴架结构强度的过度设计"。 相似文献

船舶推进系统设计中,轴系校中计算通常的做法是将轴系看成一维梁模型,且不考虑船体的作用,计算结果与实际有较大差别.用三维模型对船体、轴承及轴承油膜的刚度进行了有限元分析.在三维曲轴模型中考虑了每个气缸的旋转和摆动质量、主轴承的刚度和推力轴承的刚度等,考虑了轴承间隙等非线性因素,以及船体弯曲变形、轴承温度变化、桨轴向推力偏心及推力轴承反力偏心引起的动态弯矩等因素,计算结果更符合实际. 相似文献

A ship's tail shaft has serious flexural vibration due to the cantilevered nature of the propeller's blades. Analysis of the nature frequency of flexural vibration is vital to be able to provide effective shock absorption for a ship's tail shaft. A mathematic model of tail shaft flexural vibrations was built using the transfer matrix method. The nature frequency of flexural vibration for an electrically propelled ship's tail shaft was then analyzed, and an effective method for calculating it was proposed: a genetic algorithm (GA), which calculates the nature frequency of vibration of a system. Sample calculations, with comparisons by the Prohl method under conditions bearing isotropic support, showed this method to be practical. The flexible porous elastic baffle was proposed as an anti-slosh device to reduce the liquid sloshing in a swaying/rolling rectangular tank. The analytical model was developed to assess the effectiveness of the porous elastic baffle on liquid sloshing. A one-dimensional beam model, along with Darcy's model, was taken to implement the characteristics of porous elastic baffle. The matched eigenfunction expansion method (MEEM) with the Green function for the liquid sloshing interaction with the porous elastic baffle was employed. Numerical results were presented that illustrate the effects of the baffle's geometry (porosity, height), and structural parameters (flexural rigidity, stiffness of mooring line) on the liquid sloshing. Through parametric studies, the flexural rigidity, porosity, and mooring line's stiffness have to be adjusted properly to enhance the sloshing-reduction effect. The flexible porous elastic baffle showed the potential as a useful anti-slosh device within a limited application range compared with a rigid baffle. 相似文献

针对船舶复杂轴系结构,提出一种基于能量法的轴系扭转振动建模及动力学分析方法。该方法对船舶复杂轴系中的典型结构进行统一能量化描述,如联轴器、齿轮、负载等,并结合弹性轴的能量函数构建轴系结构的拉格朗日能量泛函;然后,利用最小二乘法和广义变分法,对轴系角位移展开项系数进行求解,从而建立适用于船舶复杂轴系结构的扭转动力学模型。通过与有限元方法计算结果相比较来验证该建模方法的准确性,并利用该方法分析连接刚度和负载转动惯量对整体轴系扭振特性的影响,以期为船舶复杂轴系设计提供一定参考。 相似文献

在船舶推进轴系中,推力轴承刚度常取决于其油膜刚度、轴承及其基座的结构刚度。通常所指的推力轴承刚度只包含油膜刚度。因此文中把既考虑油膜刚度又考虑轴承及其基座的结构刚度综合而成的刚度定义为推力轴承综合支承刚度,进而详细给出了推力轴承油膜刚度与综合支承刚度的测量方法。借助此方法,对实验室一缩比的推力轴承实验台的油膜刚度与综合支承刚度进行了测量,获得了良好的结果。实验表明,推力轴承油膜刚度随转速上升而下降;综合支承刚度随外激励频率上升而下降,在推力轴承—基座共振频率处降为零;低频激励时,油膜刚度与综合支承刚度大小近似相等,此时对轴系的动力学建模可以只考虑油膜刚度;高频激励时,综合支承刚度远小于油膜刚度,此时对轴系动力学建模必须考虑综合支承刚度,只考虑油膜刚度会带来较大误差。实验结果对船舶推进轴系的设计及动力学分析有指导意义。 相似文献

This paper presents an analytical study on the influence of edge restraining stiffness on the transverse vibrations of rectangular
plate structure. An improved Fourier series method was employed to analyze the transverse vibration of plate structure with
general elastically restrained boundary conditions. A linear combination of a double Fourier series and eight auxiliary terms
was sought as the admissible function of the flexural displacement of the plate, each term being a combination of a polynomial
function and a single cosine series expansion. The auxiliary terms were introduced to ensure and improve the smoothness of
the original displacement function and its derivatives at the boundaries. Several numerical examples were given to demonstrate
the validity and accuracy of the current solution. The influences of translational and rotational stiffness on the natural
frequencies and mode shapes of plate were analyzed by numerical results. The results show that the translational stiffness
has bigger influence on the natural frequencies than the rotational stiffness. It is generally well known that little change
of the rotational stiffness has little influence on the mode shapes of plate. However, the current work shows that a very
little change of rotational stiffness value may lead to a large change of the mode shapes of a square plate structure. 相似文献
