从造船业的特点及我国造船业的现状出发,在吸取国际造船业先进技术和经验的基础上,提出并确立了适于现代化造船的模式——生产中心制造船模式。分析、探讨此造船模式的结构、特点和运作方式。基于生产中心制造船模式的工程分解在于理顺作业任务包特征的相似性,以达到区域的专业化生产。模式的供应链是实现总装化造船的保证,造船信息化工程是运作生产中心制造船模式的支撑,为取得系统的平衡和控制必需建立动态和有效的计划体系。文中引入相似性理论分析产品导向型作业分解,提出了优化排坞计划的动态模拟优化方法和优化壳舾涂一体化计划的改进后的遗传算法。本文研究的成果已经在外高桥造船公司得到了初步实践。  相似文献

In order to get some useful parameters for grid generation of catamaran, the CFD software FLUENT is used to investigate the main effects of grid generation on flow field calculation. The influences of some elements are investigated with a series of calculations in the present paper, and some alteratives are proposed. The proposed alteratives based on the analysis of the effects are used for a catamaran resistance calculation, comparisons of the calculated results with experimental data show good agreement. It shows that the research result of this paper is useful for the numerical calculation of catamaran.  相似文献

In ship structural design, many structural analyses by the finite element method are carried out on models at several different scale levels; for example, a whole ship, cargo hold parts, and detailed structures. However, one serious problem with this design and analysis process is that the generation of the finite element models for a complex configuration is very difficult and laborious. To overcome this problem, an object oriented, finite element modeling system, MODIFY, has been developed by the authors. In this paper, the concept of the finite element modeling system and the techniques for the construction of the system are explained. First, the object oriented data structure of the system, based on the Part-Object concept, is proposed. In this concept, not only the geometry of the domain but also the analytical conditions, such as boundary conditions and material properties, and the finite element model, are represented by the object oriented data structure. By using this data structure, effective finite element model generation can be expected. Second, a mesh generation algorithm based on the frontal method is described. The original frontal method by S.H. Lo was improved for application to three-dimensional curved surfaces. A new inner node placement technique to make quadrilateral elements around stress concentrated areas is also proposed. These techniques are suitable for ship structures, and more accurate results from the finite element analysis can be expected. Moreover, the parallel mesh generation is implemented in MODIFY by using the client-server concept to accelerate mesh generation. Third, a prototype system for the automatic finite element model generation for different analysis levels is proposed. The system is based on the concept of the PD part, which is the part in the design and production stage, and automatic computing of the intersection between PD parts. The validity of this system is demonstrated by some examples.  相似文献

本文就坡口上的氧化铁皮对CO_2半自动陶质衬垫单面焊气孔倾向的影响进行了试验研究,利用X射线检测、OM、SEM、EDX和XRD等方法对焊道进行了宏观及徽观分析。结果表明,氧化铁皮主要由Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3和FeO组成,并参与反应生成CO气体;打底层焊缝中形成大量夹杂物易于气泡的形核;陶质衬垫的保温作用使打底层焊道上部先于底部结晶,气泡不易逸出而形成气孔。本文还探讨了防止气孔产生的措施。  相似文献

波浪荷载是斜坡堤上混凝土护面板防浪特性的主要研究内容之一。通过物理模型试验,采用不规则波浪作用,对透水斜坡上不同开孔率混凝土面板受到的波浪打击力进行研究,分析了打击力1%值和1/3值随各影响因素的变化特性,提出了包含开孔率影响的单坡上波浪最大打击力计算方法,给出了波浪打击力的统计分布规律。  相似文献

根据二代小波变换的基本理论和特点,研究二代小波对图像去噪的效果。提出基于二代小波的尺度适应性分解算法,并使用改进阈值函数进行阈值分析后再对噪声图像进行去噪处理。实验结果证明,使用尺度适应性二代小波对图像去噪比其他方法具有更好的效果,去噪后的图像信噪比大大提高。  相似文献

贴体正交网格计算方法是通过坐标变换或坐标投影,把不规则物理区域进行离散以生成规则矩形计算区域的方法,所生成网格的疏密性和正交性对于保证数值计算精度至关重要。目前最常用的3种贴体正交网格计算方法是代数网格生成法、椭圆型方程网格生成法以及保角变换网格生成法。为了保证网格的正交性,简化网格计算量,所采用的贴体正交网格计算方法是上述3种方法的组合体,并且以该法为内核,开发了简单易学的贴体正交网格可视化计算软件,该软件可以与CAD进行无缝连接,大大缩短了数值模拟前期研究工作的时间。  相似文献

This study examines the hydrodynamic performance of multiple-row vertical slotted breakwaters. We developed a mathematical model based on an eigenfunction expansion method and a least squares technique for Stokes second-order waves. The numerical results obtained for limiting cases of double-row and triple-row walls are in good agreement with results of previous studies and experimental results. Comparisons with experimental measurements of the reflection, transmission, and dissipation coefficients(CR, CT, and CE) for double-row walls show that the proposed mathematical model adequately reproduces most of the important features. We found that for double-row walls, the CR increases with increasing wave number, kd, and with a decreasing permeable wall part, dm. The CT follows the opposite trend. The CE slowly increases with an increasing kd for lower kd values, reaches a maximum, and then decreases again. In addition, an increasing porosity of dm would significantly decrease the CR, while increasing the CT. At lower values of kd, a decreasing porosity increases the CE, but for high values of kd, a decreasing porosity reduces the CE. The numerical results indicate that, for triple-row walls, the effect of the arrangement of the chamber widths on hydrodynamic characteristics is not significant, except when kd0.5.Double-row slotted breakwaters may exhibit a good wave-absorbing performance at kd0.5, where by the horizontal wave force may be smaller than that of a single wall. On the other hand, the difference between double-row and triple-row vertical slotted breakwaters is marginal.  相似文献

This paper concerns the largest and arguably the most threatening wave loading component experienced by a broad range of offshore structures. It arises when an incident wave crest exceeds the elevation of the underside of the deck structure, leading to direct wave-in-deck (WID) loading. The extent of this loading may be limited to the partial submergence of some of the lowermost deck beams, or could involve the large-scale inundation of the entire deck area. Either way, very large loads can arise which must be taken into account when assessing the reliability of the structure. In an earlier contribution Ma and Swan (2020) provided an extensive laboratory study exploring the variation of these loads with the properties of the incident wave. The present paper describes a second stage of this experimental study in which the variation of the WID loads with the properties of the topside structure is addressed. Specifically, it considers the porosity, position and orientation of the topside relative to the incident wave conditions, and seeks to explore both the variations in the maximum load and the loading time–history resulting from these changes.Given the highly transitory nature of a WID loading event, coupled with the fact that the problem is governed by flow conditions at, or very close to, the instantaneous water surface, the loading process is driven by an exchange of momentum from the wave crest to the topside structure. A recently developed WID load model, based on exactly these arguments (Ma and Swan 2020), is used alongside the laboratory data to provide a break-down of the load into its component parts. This provides an enhanced physical understanding of the resulting load time–history. The first part of the study is based upon an idealised generic topside structure, allowing a systematic variation in key parameters, particularly porosity. The second part addresses a realistic topside structure demonstrating the practical relevance of earlier work. Taken together, the analysis clearly establishes the importance of the topside porosity, clarifies the spatial effects associated with the evolution of a large ocean wave beneath the plan area of a structure and explains the unexpected occurrence of impact-type loading on topside structures having a high porosity. Most importantly, the paper highlights those properties of a topside structure which must be incorporated if the WID loads are to be accurately predicted.  相似文献
