新型含1H-吡唑的新型双杂环化合物的合成

以乙酰乙酸乙酯和芳甲酰氯为原料，合成相应的β-酮酸酯，在乙醇钠／碘的作用下实现二聚偶联反应得到1，4-二酮化合物，然后与水合肼反应，得到两个新型含1肺吡唑的双杂环化合物，其结构经’HNMR、Ms及IR证实。

6160船用柴油机连杆有限元分析

建立了6160船用柴油机连杆的三维有限元模型,并用有限元软件对模型进行分析, 应用约束方程和结点自由度耦合的方法模拟了连杆组件之间的接触关系,对最大压缩工况和最大拉伸工况下连杆危险部位的强度和刚度进行了校核,还对6160提升功率前后的小头危险部位的疲劳安全系数和大头变形进行了对比分析．

舰船全寿期各配置视图,既是全寿命优化设计的结果,又是实现舰船预期功能并保证这些功能有效实施的关键技术.为保证配置的唯一性和处理方便,配置是用各主要编码来表达的.本文所提出的各配置之间的算法乃是实现配置自动处理的基础.舰船全寿期配置管理是实现各配置视图生成、相互映射、配置更改及其状态跟踪技术的综合应用,亦是保证舰船质量和有效使用及全寿期信息共享的核心.     

New structure of Sailing Directions

Charts, Sailing Directions (SDs) and other nautical publications constitute an information unit for the mariner. All relevant charts and publications together provide the mariner with an overview of a particular sea area. SDs are publications for voyage planning rather than for direct navigation. These days, the Electronic Chart Display Information System (ECDIS) is on the way to become a digital information system, which should comprise all information relevant for the mariner. Therefore, the integration of Sailing Directions information into the present ECDIS is necessary to obtain a comprehensive ECDIS, which makes conventional SDs and other publications superfluous.     

Model-based optimization of parameters for a diesel engine SCR system

A Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system simulation model for diesel engines was established based on MATLAB/Simulink. The model includes four subsystems: signal acquisition, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) dosing control, catalytic chemistry reaction and NO_X emissions reduction. The SCR control strategy was optimized based on ETC simulation results. Simulation and test results indicate that the model developed in this paper can predict ETC NO_X emissions accurately.     

Daily newspaper distribution planning with integer programming: an application in Turkey

Abstract

This paper concerns the newspaper distribution problem. It addresses the transportation of newspapers from printing plant to newsagents with distribution vehicles under various particular constraints. The objective is to minimize the distance traveled by the vehicles and/or the number of vehicles. In this study, the routes for vehicles of a leading newspaper distributor company in the Turkish press sector are examined. The problem is defined as determining optimal delivery routes for a fleet of homogeneous vehicles, starting and ending at the printing plant that is required to serve a number of geographically dispersed newsagents with known demands under capacity and time constraints, while minimizing the total distribution cost. An integar linear programming model is proposed as a solution using Cplex. Computational results demonstrate that the proposed model is fast and able to find optimal solutions for problem scenarios with up to 55 newsagents within reasonable computing times. It was found that the proposed model reduced the delivery cost by 21% on average when compared to the current manual method. The results show that this model is adequate for medium-sized distribution problems.     

Detection of captopril based on its enhanced resonance light scattering signals of fluorosurfactant-capped gold nanoparticles

In this study, based on its enhancement effect on resonance light scattering (RLS) of fluorosurfactant (FSN)-capped gold nanoparticles (GNPs), we reported a simple approach for the rapid sensing of captopril. Under optimum conditions, the lowest detectable concentration of captopril through this approach (S/N=3) was 0.01μg/mL. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.08-4.0μg/mL for the detection of captopril. The recoveries of captopril were found to fall in the range between 99% and 100%. We have validated the applicability of our method through the analyses of captopril in pharmaceutical formulations. Good agreements were obtained for the determination of captopril between the present approach and official method.
