汽车振动参数优化设计的微机实现

本文利用微机通过梯度法初步实现对汽车振动参数的优化设计。对于给定的路面道路不平顺谱，用Ｂａｓｉｃ语言编制了一个应用软件，利用比例作用调节器对汽车振动参数进行优化选择。     

高速公路采用BOT方式的探讨

在2000年，安徽省交通厅提出了“交通发展社会化，基础设施商品化、投资主体多元化、公路建设市场化、管理模式多样化”的方针，建设“六大工程”，开始尝试运用类似于POT的方式进行招商，先后有6条高速公路项目成功引资。本文仅为这些项目在谈判、运作过程中的一点思考，讨论政策法律环境、实质性条款、综合补偿机制、市场选择机制、约束机制、退出机制、监督评价机制等，希望借此能推动我国高速公路POT项目规范化运作的进程。
