新能源汽车安全分析及发展建议

通过对新能源汽车安全事故的梳理和分析,发现新能源汽车安全事故具有复杂性和系统性特征,需要进行统筹分析和界定。我国对新能源汽车的安全管理包括建设监控平台以及制定执行安全标准等措施,仍需要进一步的落实实施。建议企业在新能源汽车安全方面要更加重视技术研发和对产品安全的管理水平,而政府应该重视政策管理的科学可持续性以及前沿科技的引导与研发。

为了研究新能源汽车发展，通过对传统能源和传统动力汽车现状的阐述，分析了新能源汽车发展的可能性。，在进行各国对新能源汽车政策分析的基础上，结合现阶段电动汽车动力电池的现状，对新能源汽车将来的发展趋势做了预测，在研究分析的基础上，对中国汽车工业的发展提出了建议，为研究新能源汽车发展的方向和汽车企业制定战略计划提供参考：     

汽车动力电池更换装置设计

文章设计了一种新能源汽车电池动力外接电池更换装置,在加油站、充电站和高速路服务区等地可以通过电池装卸机构自行拆装,以达到给车辆增加续航能力的目的。更换装置解决了外接电池更换困难的问题,降低了人工的劳动强度,具有方便、快速的特点,具有很大的市场推广空间。     

华南快速路石门堂山四车道新奥法隧道扩建工程总体设计

石门堂山隧道扩建工程路线总长约2 km，拟新建长720 m的超大跨度单洞四车道隧道，是国内首条既有连拱隧道侧新建的超大跨度隧道。隧道扩建工程实施后将与原双向四车道连拱隧道组合成双向八车道断面，有效打通交通瓶颈，缓解该处拥堵问题。     

Airlines within airlines: Assessing the vulnerabilities of mixing business models

In this paper we examine two questions; what is it that makes some cases of airlines within airlines apparently successful while in many other cases it is just the opposite? And second, why would a carrier attempt such a strategy, is there a common set of circumstances or is each case unique? In the US, Canada and Europe a number of legacy carriers have sought to respond to LCC entry by creating an LCC within the legacy carriers; most have failed but some have succeeded, most notably in Australia and Germany. We first examine the evolution of the LCC business model and illustrate the different forms it takes today. Following this we provide a discussion of the underlying sources of cost advantage of the LCC and assess which sources are sustainable in the longer term. Finally we examine the conditions under which these apparent successes have occurred and look for common threads. We find market dominance, judicious network planning and co-ordination are necessary conditions for success.     

Coping with uncertainty: an expedition into the field of new transport technology

Many decisions taken by mankind are rational only to a limited extent. This holds for individual travel behaviour, but also for long-range strategic decisions on transport systems or transport technology. In any decision problem, coping with uncertainty is the most critical element. The introduction of new transport technology is surrounded by uncertainty. For example, there is uncertainty about the pace and extent of adoption of new technology and there is uncertainty about the impact of new technology in terms of increased sustainability or increased efficiency. This article maps uncertainty surrounding new transport technology and identifies ways in which to deal with uncertainty in policy making. The findings will be illustrated with electric vehicles, particularly with two specific strategies to deal with uncertainty: interactive technology watching and experimentation in a market niche. The paper concludes with a discussion of success factors that influence the outcomes of such strategies.

文章研究了现行的三种业绩评价系统的发展历程以及我国业绩评价系统的不足,并提出了构建业绩评价系统的具体改进思路,具有一定的参考价值。     

The response of the legal system to technological innovation in aquaculture: A comparative study of mariculture legislation in California,Florida and Maine

This article examines salt‐water aquaculture (mariculture) legislation in California, Florida, and Maine, as illustrative of one generic response of the law to aquacultural innovation. Unlike aquacultural legislation in other states, generally drafted to restrict leasing of coastal waters for specific existing technologies, the legislation studied represents a more flexible approach which would accommodate new technologies. Analysis of specific provisions of the three laws indicates the complexity of the issues involved and a variety of mechanisms selected for regulating mariculture, and identifies different state priorities and goals. This report concludes that whereas broadly drafted legislation exemplified by the statutes under study is more likely to accommodate new mariculture technologies than piecemeal legislation, there are a number of complex issues that must be identified and resolved in order to achieve the desired results. The failure of each of the states to respond fully to the broad range of issues involved may inhibit aquacultural innovation or unduly restrict nonaquacultural uses of the coastal zone.     

通信中间件技术在新一代CTC系统中的应用

分析了调度命令、车次号、站场图形传输、调车监控信息传送系统等新业务的特点,并根据这些新业务的不同要求,来选择GPRS或CSD数据传输方式.介绍了新业务在室内静态测试和现场测试的情况,测试结果验证了对数据传输方式的选择.
