红河高墩连续刚构桥的优化设计

红河大桥为连接某复建公路的特大桥,根据地形条件的特点,桥梁主桥设计为主跨220 m的预应力混凝土连续刚构桥,主梁采用单箱单室变高度截面,三向预应力体系.为使主桥结构的设计更加合理,对主跨单箱单室截面的腹板厚度、预应力钢束的布置形式等进行了优化设计.通过比较分析优化前后结构在施工、运营阶段的力学性能、主梁挠度及动力性能,进而得到优化对施工、运营阶段结构的力学性能、主梁挠度及结构整体动力性能的影响.

Development of an IoT-based container tracking system for China’s Belt and Road (B&R) initiative

To ensure the successful implementation of China’s Belt and Road (B&R) Initiative, it is essential to enable the real-time monitoring of containers’ locations, prevent theft during cargo delivery, ensure more efficient logistics management and reduce carbon emissions. For this, it is vital to have an economic and effective system to track and control containers across multiple countries. However, this requirement cannot be met by today’s container tracking systems because they are either limited within the borders of each country or expensive to employ internationally. This study thus presents a framework for an IoT-based container tracking system that enables users not only to grasp the international flow of container movement with one check but also to achieve smooth cross-border procedures. To verify the system’s performance, an empirical test was made for an actual container shipped from Korea to Poland. The test results showed that the system could successfully track the location of the container in real time across international borders. Last, this study discusses the policy development and international cooperation that should take place to enable the introduction of this container tracking system.     

船舶中央冷却水多段比值控制系统设计

针对目前国内船舶中央冷却水系统普遍存在能耗高的问题,提出一种依据三通阀开度变化的实时改变海水变频泵组转速的控制策略。将三通阀开度分为4个区段,每个区段对应1个比值函数,根据比值函数和三通阀开度计算出变频泵组对应的频率。此外,增加smith滞环比较器作为开关函数,避免变频器在安全温度界限附近频繁切换频率对系统产生冲击。试验证明,提出的控制策略不仅实现了海水泵变频节能控制,保证系统稳定、可靠运行,而且显著降低了系统能耗。     

深海潜水器载人舱结构健康监测评估系统研究

深海载人潜水器是海洋资源勘探和开发的重要装备,其载人舱球壳是保证下潜人员安全及舱内设备正常工作的基础,为及时掌握载人舱球壳在长期使用过程中的安全状态,对其进行健康监测与实时评估十分必要.本文首先对4500m潜水器载人舱球壳进行受力分析;然后根据球壳特征和监测需求设计载人舱球壳健康监测评估系统;对钛合金蠕变对系统测量结果的影响进行了研究分析,研究结果表明在最大工作压力下蠕变对测量结果的影响小于1％;最后给出了结构安全性评估算法函数,并用球壳静水外压试验数据对结构评估算法进行验证.     

支架法在海中箱梁现浇施工中的应用

针对海中箱梁现浇施工中的工程量大、工期紧迫、悬臂法施工不能满足工期要求和施工难度大等问题,文章结合青岛海湾大桥箱梁现浇施工实践,介绍以钢管桩支撑作为承载基础,采用贝雷梁与碗扣式支架相结合的支架,成功地解决现浇箱梁施工难题的方法。     

政府参与解决高职院校汽车检测与维修技术专业校企合作“一头热”问题的方法及路径研究

汽车检测与维修技术专业是我国职业院校中开设的为培养汽车后市场技术服务人才的重要专业之一,校企合作作为职业院校培养技术过硬、具备较强岗位实践能力的人才的有效途径,是各个职业院校人才培养的重点内容。不过由于种种原因,导致现阶段我国诸多职业院校汽车检测与维修技术专业校企合作均停留在浅层次合作层面上,院校对校企合作积极性较高而企业对此较为冷淡。本文通过对校企合作"一头热"原因的分析,从政府在校企合作中应该发挥的作用方面探索解决途径,促进校企合作中多方共赢。     

From willingness to action: Do push-pull-mooring factors matter for shifting to green transportation?

Motivating individuals to choose green transportation is becoming increasingly important. Based on push-pull-mooring framework, this study aims to explore how push, pull and mooring factors foster individual’s willingness to shift to green transportation. This study also analyzes the role of information provision in narrowing the gap between shifting willingness and behavior. The findings revealed that push factors, including perceived environmental threats and perceived inconvenience, drive individual’s mode-shift away from private cars, whereas the pull factors, including green transport policies and campaigns, and green transport system attract individual’s mode-shift to green transportation. Moreover, the mooring factor, namely inertia, not only negatively affects individual’s shifting willingness but also negatively moderates the effects of push and pull factors on individual’s shifting willingness. In addition, shifting willingness positively affects the shifting behavior and the information provision positively moderates the relationship among them. Such findings are vital to achieve the realization of China’s low-carbon goals.     

某重型卡车驾驶室抖动问题分析

摘要：针对国内某企业生产的重型卡车,部分车辆出现的驾驶室异常抖动现象,对问题车辆进行了整车振动信号检测实验。利用数字信号分析处理技术以及振动信号分析理论对驾驶室抖动的原因进行了分析。通过振动信号的互功率谱密度分析和相干性函数分析寻找到了驾驶室抖动的振源,再利用整车关键位置振动信号的自功率谱函数分析,诊断出造成驾驶室抖动的问题原因,最后根据分析提出了解决驾驶室异常抖动的方案。
