抗震设计反应谱统一计算方法及谱兼容地震波

国内外各类抗震设计规范对设计反应谱给出了不同的计算方法,对各类反应谱不同的计算方法进行对比分析;利用世界范围内大地震时获得的数字强震仪记录,计算相应的加速度反应谱;结合结构动力学理论分析及统计分析方法,提出抗震设计反应谱统一计算公式。实际强震地震波具有高度的非平稳性,人工地震加速度时程不能直接反映实际地震加速度时程的非平稳性。为了得到与实际地震波类似的高度非平稳性且与设计反应谱兼容的地震加速度时程,以一组强震地震波为母波,得到与设计反应谱兼容的人工地震加速度时程。通过对人工地震加速度时程与实际地震波比较,发现其继承了实际地震波的非平稳性;同时人工地震加速度时程反应谱与目标设计谱具有较好的一致性。     

城市轨道交通接驳发展现状与思考

梳理现阶段城市轨道交通接驳工作在技术和实践方面的发展现状,从法制、体制机制方面分析城市轨道交通接驳工作存在的问题,并结合问题成因提出合理化建议。针对轨道交通接驳工作在法制、体制机制方面的问题,总结问题成因是当前轨道交通接驳工作缺乏规范化、标准化的管理制度,在法制、体制机制方面需健全完善。基于此,从规划、建设、运营3个层面,提出有助于轨道交通接驳工作有序推进的管理建议及实施保障建议,为各城市轨道交通接驳设施的顺利实施提供指导及经验借鉴。

高码率Turbo码的结构及特性

构成高码率Ｔｕｒｂｏ码有删除法与多维法两种,讨论了删除法构成Ｔｏｒｂｏ码的交织器设计及删除短阵结构。通过分析两种方法构成Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的自由码距,得到了它们的误码率限,发现多维法构成的Ｔｕｒｂｏ码的性能上优于删除法构成的Ｔｕｒｂｏ码,但译码复杂度高、时延大。经比较发现,删除法构成Ｔｕｒｂｏ码能在性能与实现复杂度上取得较好折衷,是一种理论的高码率Ｔｕｒｂｏ码构成方案。
