基于TM1300实时视频采集卡的设计

在视频数据采集、压缩及传输过程中，巨大的视频数据量对系统提出了相当高的要求。本文的设计目标是提供一种住相对较低廉的系统配置条件下提供高质量的实时视频图像的解决方案。主要从硬件方面，对视频采集卡的设计、启动以及采集过程进行了论述。     

Financing public transport systems in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia: challenges and prospects

Most major cities across the world today are facing an intractable challenge of financing public transport. In Kuala Lumpur for example, public transport services are somewhat poor in part because of the failure of major operators to secure ample funding. Previous funding programs implemented in the city have failed to produce a replicable model for financing public transport. Due to numerous financial problems and the dismal performance of privately owned transport firms, the State has in the recent past emerged as a key source of funding for the public transport sector in Kuala Lumpur. This article argues that, despite the insuperable challenges, prospects for the future funding of public transport in Kuala Lumpur appears to be good. The article also draws lessons from both Tokyo and Hong Kong. In order to address the funding deficit facing the public transport industry in the city it is crucial that more viable strategies and policies such as value capture and public–private sector partnerships are adopted by the urban authorities.

信息技术在客车生产管理中的应用

信息技术在客车行业的生产管理应用中基本上还局限于生产计划的编制。由于信息化程度不高，生产信息主要还是靠每天的日报表或到现场去查询相关看板来解决，对于现场的监控存在着信息滞后的现象。本文所介绍的实时采集系统可以较好地解决信息滞后的问题，并且还可以通过对以往数据的分析，较为迅速地找出生产过程中的问题，有效地缩短问题解决的时间，对提升管理水平大有好处。     

基于VxWorks操作系统的船舶黑匣子的技术实现

提出一种VxWorks的船舶黑匣子的一整套软硬件设计和实现方法，包含语音、视频和船上各种实时数据的采集和处理以及回放，并自拟了数据格式。系统由主机模块和回放模块两部分组成。主机模块的功能是采集、压缩、加密数据；回施模块则再现数据，语音和视频。

扼要介绍了视频监控系统国内外现状、水平和发展趋势;并结合徐沛铁路实际,重点介绍了视频监控技术的选择、监控系统的构成、道口无线监控方案,以及视频监控应用情况。     

Simulation and Comparative Study of CO2 Capture in Underwater LSS Using HYSYS

Long-duration manned submersible missions require advanced life support systems (LSS) that can regenerate air, water and food. This study presented two CO_2-capture methods used in LSS, CO_2 removal with diethanolamine (DEA) and cryo-freezing with liquid oxygen. Both processes were modeled and simulated with HYSYS simulator. The performance of the two types of module was compared, and the results showed that the latter could be advantageous over the former in specific power, facility scale, operation reliability and safety. Economic evaluation suggested the latter cost only half of the former. Cryo-capture module could be an alternative for underwater LSS because of its efficiency and compactness.     

MacEUSA和IFA对EHF病人血清SIgM的动态检测

用IgM抗体捕获法ELISA(MacELISA)和间接免疫荧光法(IFA)同时检测32例流行性出血热(EHF)病人血清特异性lgM抗体(SIgM)的动态反应。二法检出SIgM的总符合率为99.46%,所测抗体滴度的动态反应曲线基本平行,而MacELISA所测抗体滴度比IFA明显提高。早期EHF病人血清即有较高滴度的SIgM抗体,9病日～10病日达高峰,此后趋于下降。IFA法所测不同病日的SIgM滴度无显著差异(F=1.680,P>0.05),而MacELISA则有显著差异(F′=2.978,P<0.05)。二法所测不同病型EHF的SIgM滴度在病日相同时各型间皆无显著差异(P>0.05)。     

基于XML的分布式异构数据库变化捕捉及动态同步系统实现

针对分布式异构数据库在网络环境下变化数据的捕捉与同步更新存在的问题,本文采用基于触发器的捕捉方法实现异构数据库之间同步策略,研究并解决了一对多映射环境下的同步问题.理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法在实际应用中具有重要意义.
