Lifetime Reliability Analysis of Flexural Cracking for Prestressed Concrete Bridge

Time-dependant reliability is analyzed for the flexural cracking of prestressed concrete bridges under service limit state. The limit state function and random variables are derived from Chinese highway bridge design specifications. For deterioration of structural performances, chloride-induced reinforcement corrosion is emphasized. Through integrating first order reliability method (FORM) and time discretized approach, the time-variant reliability is evaluated. For illustrative propose, the reliability of a typical simply supported prestressed concrete beam is exemplified.     

Ship Size and Service Configuration in Container Shipping

This study analyzes the effect of ship size on the liner service configuration by establishing an economic model.The service configuration is characterized by the distance of service and the number of calling ports.A study case is presented for illustration.At last such a conclusion is drawn that given a fixed profit,the ship size will change with the extension of service in the same direction,while the change rate of ship size is a little higher than that of the extension of service.     

基于Web Service标准的开放式船舶软件开发框架

XML（Extensible Markup Language）和WebS ervice作为W3C（World Wide Consortium）组织提出的国际标准,对整个IT及其相关行业产生了巨大的影响．船舶行业正处在大发展的时代,但是使用的软件大部分都从国外引进．为了促进船舶行业软件的开发,认识到船舶行业的信息化现状以及应用软件的网络化发展趋势,提出了基于Web Service标准的开放式船舶软件开发框架．这个框架使用XML作为标准的数据格式,以Web Service作为底层的IT支持基础．可以有效地利用现有的互联网,组织广大的船舶行业软件开发人员,共同开发开放式的可在网络上互相调用的松散耦合的软件服务．分析了此框架的可行性,并通过开发部署一个服务的实例展示了其先进性和实现的简易性．

Are we doing it wrong or do we expect too much? Forces that push authorities to become public transport designers

This paper presents a number of reasons that are responsible for the disappointment of authorities in their operators’ efforts to develop public transport (PT) to the advantage of their travellers. The lessons drawn in this paper are based upon the competitive tendering experience of the authors and upon the results of meetings organised with parties involved in competitive tendering and aimed at exchanging lessons. There appears to be three main causes: (1) there is freedom for the operator, but the contract is bad; (2) there is freedom for the operator, there is a good contract, but there is no market; and (3) there is freedom for the operator, but the operator is not able to use it. The paper concludes with a few perspectives for improvement.     

快速公交系统通行能力计算方法研究

快速公交系统的通行能力是由瓶颈车站决定的.首先分析了车站通行能力的基本原理和主要影响因素,并基于排队论构造了单一停靠位通行能力的计算模型.同时,根据北京、杭州和昆明三地快速公交系统(公交专用道)的实际运营状况对模型参数进行了详细地标定和说明,提出缩短公交车平均停靠时间和改善系统运营稳定性是提升通行能力的重要途径.在此基础上,以北京市南中轴路快速公交为例,说明了模型的应用方法,并定量分析了各种因素对通行能力的影响.最后,对多停靠位车站的周转效率变化规律进行了分析,提出了其通行能力的计算方法.

从内燃机使用过程中的经济性、可靠性、排污量与使用寿命之间的关系入手，简析颗粒磨损对内燃机使用寿命的影响；指出了国产内燃机空气滤清器使用中存在的问题，提出了适合中国国情的空气滤清器的使用、更换及鉴别方法。     

长大公路隧道运营安全综合评价研究

为提升长大公路隧道安全运营潜势,根据隧道运营环境特点,提出分段评价思想,运用Delphi法建立了隧道各区段运营安全综合评价指标体系,运用乘积标度法分别确定了各指标权重;根据模糊综合评价理论,提出了适用于长大公路隧道的主、客观相结合,定量分析为主的综合评价方法,并且建立了基于评价结果的响应机制。最后,通过某特长隧道的实践验证,表明该综合评价方法能够真实地反映出隧道运营安全态势,而建立的响应机制也能合理地评判评价结果。
