不同材质闸瓦的等效(二次换算)系数近似取值的修正

现时我国铁路普通货物列车与普通旅客列车已用高磷铸铁闸瓦取代中磷铸铁闸瓦,而不同材质闸瓦车辆混编主要发生在90km/h以下的普通货物列车。鉴于铸铁闸瓦和低摩合成闸瓦的摩擦系数均受制动初速影响,所以相关的等效(二次换算)系数要按普通货物列车的制动初速约80km/h进行修正。具体修正的不同材质闸瓦的等效(二次换算)系数推荐用于编制机车车辆每台(辆)等效换算闸瓦力表及其他相关方面。     

Study on fast calibration of a ULA＇s gain and phase error

Array calibration is important in engineering practice. In this paper, fast calibration methods for a ULA＇s gain and phase errors both in far and near fields are proposed. In the far field, using a single sound source without exact orientation, this method horizontally rotates the array exactly once, performs eigen value decomposition for the covariance matrix of received data, then computes the gain and phase error according to the formulas. In the near field, using the same single sound source, it is necessary to rotate the array horizontally at most three times, build equations according to geometric relations, then solve them. Using the formula proposed in this paper, spherical waves are modified into plane waves. Then eigen values decomposition is performed. These two calibration methods were shown to be valid by simulation and are fast, accurate and easy to use. Finally, an analysis of factors influencing estimation precision is given.

坦桑尼亚珊瑚土回填料试验的中英标准对比

坦桑尼亚某码头工程后方堆场采用吹填成陆,主要用于暂存轻型小汽车,采用珊瑚土作为基层回填料。通过对珊瑚土、珊瑚石以及珊瑚石添加水泥等3种回填料的室内泡水加州承载比(CBR)试验、现场CBR及压实度试验以及中英标准对比分析,并总结其规律。结果表明,采用英标设计的承载力要求较低的堆场,可以采用掺黏土的珊瑚土作为基层;珊瑚土在掺一定量的黏土后方可满足设计压实度要求下的室内泡水CBR值;珊瑚土回填料因其孔隙率大、强度偏低、对于轻型集装箱堆场能满足要求,重箱堆场则须另做调研。     

PR系统中利用规划库建立、修正与更新规划假设

探讨了在规划识别系统中检索规划库内规划的方法，着重研究基于态势索引的检索问题。提出了基于事实及其属性的态势描述方法和建立状态库以便比较态势的相似性。此种方法适合于规划识别系统在初始情况下在规划库中找到较为完整的规划作为初始假设。还就在规划假设的确认、修正与更新中检索动作、动作序列和局部规划的方法进行了初步探讨。     

Understanding suburban travel demand: Flexible modelling with revealed and stated choice data

We analyse the choice of mode in suburban corridors using nested logit specifications with revealed and stated preference data. The latter were obtained from a choice experiment between car and bus, which allowed for interactions among the main policy variables: travel cost, travel time and frequency. The experiment also included parking cost and comfort attributes. The attribute levels in the experiment were adapted to travellers’ experience using their revealed preference information. Different model specifications were tested accounting for the presence of income effect, systematic taste variation, and incorporating the effect of latent variables. We also derived willingness-to-pay measures, such as the subjective value of time, that vary among individuals as well as elasticity values. Finally, we analysed the demand response to various policy scenarios that favour public transport use by considering improvements in level-of-service, fare reductions and/or increases in parking costs. In general, demand was shown to be more sensitive to policies that penalise the private car than those improving public transport.     

考虑水稳定性影响的膨胀土路基填料承载比特性

根据试验规范进行室内承载比(CBR)试验,研究压实度和膨胀率对其承载比(CBR)值的影响规律,分析膨胀土以及石灰改良膨胀土的CBR值随压实度和膨胀势变化的基本规律,研究认为,CBR值随压实度的减小而减小,随膨胀势的减小而增大。石灰改良膨胀土用于路堤填筑时,压实度略低的标准控制,有利于路堤的长期稳定。
