新形势下加强高校内部审计的思考

高校内审是审计系统的重要组成部分,是单位实现自我监督、自我约束与自我调控的有效途径,也是加强高校管理的重要手段。本文阐述了内部控制制度在现代管理中的作用,分析了高校在市场经济环境中建立完善内部控制制度的必要性和紧迫性,讨论了内部审计在高校内部控制中的作用,并就如何开展好内部审计提出了一些见解。

斯太尔WD615型柴油机的气缸拉缸故障与维修

斯太尔WD615型柴油机采用耐磨性较高的高磷铸铁、干式薄壁气缸套(壁厚为2哪)。为了改善气缸内壁的磨合性能和吸附机油的性能，对气缸套内壁采用珩磨加工。在活塞头部边缘处有18道细槽，在活塞的第1道环槽内有奥氏体铸铁护圈，并且在活塞裙部有2-3μm厚的石墨层。为了防止活塞工作时的温度过高，在发动机的润滑油路中设置了6只喷油嘴向活塞喷射机油，冷却活塞。     

提高车轮压装作业中的压入力与质量的研究

随着新系列车辆陆续投入运营,承担维修任务的综合车辆中心的车轮装卸作业陡增。由车轴退轮、车轮维修、车轮压装(压入)等工序组成的车轮装卸作业迫切要求提高效率与质量。文章介绍了车轮压装作业中常发生的压装力不足,甚至返工的问题,经过调查分析,查找其真实原因,确认了轮毂孔表面粗糙度Ra≥1.9μm时,重新压装率会增加。为抑制压装力偏差,镗孔表面由车削加工改用珩磨处理可解决镗孔表面精加工问题。     

彭莫山隧道通风系统综合节能降耗研究

针对彭莫山隧道通风系统耗能大的状况,对彭莫山隧道通风系统设备的轴流风机进行了重新设计及改造,结合变频技术,将系统的启动控制由软启动更改为变频启动及运行,并设计了一套耗电量、风量数据采集方案。经新系统的运行效果表明,新系统运行稳定,节能降耗效果非常明显。     

深圳轨道交通自动售检票系统成套设备技术改造设计与实践

介绍深圳轨道交通4号线一期工程自动售检票系统(AFC)设备硬件改造及软件升级的整个过程,包括设备现状分析,提出改造内容及目标,在车站现场进行工程实施的方法等。改造后的设备在性能、稳定性、可靠性、故障率等方面恢复到正常水平,功能有了很大扩展与提升,可进一步满足运营需求,延长设备使用年限。     

弹性构架对车辆系统振动响应的影响

为了研究弹性构架对车辆系统振动响应的影响,结合FE软件ANSYS和MBS软件SIMPACK,通过在SIMPACK前处理程序FEMBS中生成弹性构架的标准输入文件,在SIMPACK中建立刚柔耦合的车辆系统动力学模型,并把转向架构架考虑为弹性体.通过仿真计算,获得了车辆系统的位移、加速度、振动频率等振动响应特性.对比分析结果表明,弹性构架对系统的振动响应强于刚性构架,且加宽了系统的振动频率范围.     

Co-alignment between Environment Risk, Capital Structure,Growth and High-tech Firm Performance

To examine whether there is a co-alignment relationship between environment risk, capital structure, growth and high-tech firm performance, the environment risk was measured from the viewpoint of environment change, the long-term debt ratio was adopted as the measure of the capital structure, and the total asset growth and sales growth were chosen to measure the growth of high-tech firms. Regression analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between environment risk, growth and performance of high-tech firms measured by the return on equity and cash flow, respectively.     

Research on the Physical Property of Diesel-Gasoline Blend Fuel

In this paper, physical property parameters including density, viscosity and surface tension of different contents of diesel-gasoline blend fuel were measured and analyzed. The experiments were performed on the diesel gasoline blend fuels with 4 different volume fractions of diesel(20%, 40%, 60% and 80%) at temperature from 5℃ to 65℃. The influence of temperature and diesel content on the blends' properties was summarized based on experimental data, formulas about the material parameters were established, and the accuracy of these formulas was verified. Besides, saturated vapor pressure, freezing point and flash point of the blend fuel have also been measured and analyzed, and a database of the material parameters of the blends was also established.
