温度和应变率不确定性对5083—O铝板成形极限影响规律研究

基于铝合金板成形极限图理论预测模型，结合蒙特卡罗随机分析法研究了温度和应变率的不确定性波动对铝合金板成形极限图的影响规律。研究发现：应变率越大，其随机波动引起成形极限应变的分散程度越小；随着温度增加，其随机波动引起成形极限应变的分散程度先减小然后变大，且在温度范围为413～453K时引起成形极限应变的分散程度最小。     

Galling failure analysis in sheet metal forming process

Galling is a known failure mechanism in sheet metal forming operations,and it can lead to fracture of the products and jamming of the tool.
