用流式细胞仪和银染核仁组成区（ＡｇＮＯＲ）技术对比研究了３０例恶黑、２６例痣细胞痣及５例正常人皮肤标本的ＤＮＡ含量、每核ＡｇＮＯＲ数目及异行率，探讨了它们之间的相互关系。结果发现：恶黑组异倍体率为９６．７％，ＤＮＡ指数、每核ＡｇＮＯＲ数及异形率均明显高于痣细胞痣及正常人。且ＤＩ与每核ＡｇＮＯＲ数及异形率呈正相关。并就其意义进行了讨论。 相似文献
