目的 探讨诊断超声经腹照射子宫内孕囊对人早孕绒毛细胞DNA的影响。方法 60名拟行人流的早孕妇女随机分为照射 1 0min组和未照射组 ,各 3 0例。取绒毛组织后 ,以紫外分光光度法和3 2 P标记Alu探针打点杂交法定量检测绒毛细胞DNA单、双链断裂。结果 两种方法检测结果显示 ,照射组与对照组绒毛细胞单、双链DNA的量均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 诊断超声宫内照射孕囊 1 0min ,未引起人绒毛细胞DNA单、双链断裂 ,提示未引起绒毛细胞DNA损伤 相似文献
