通过对道路货物运输信用体系与治超工作相互关系的分析,在借鉴国内外治超有益经验以及相关行业信用体系先进理念的基础上,运用系统工程、信用经济学等方面的知识,采用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,重点就货运企业信用评级指标、流程以及管理模式进行了研究,搭建道路货物运输行业信用综合评定体系框架,并结合实际提出了发挥信用作用的治超新机制和对应措施,为当前的治超工作提供决策参考。  相似文献

阐述了地铁设施变形控制标准及共建建筑的差异沉降机理和规律。介绍了沉降计算方法和控制差异沉降的设计方法。结合上海轨道交通某地下车站与大型地下室共建、实施一体化设计施工的工程实践来探讨地铁车站与开发地块建筑共建的差异沉降控制技术。研究表明,选择合理的沉降计算方法及参数对工程差异沉降进行预估分析,并根据分析结果在设计上采取相应的技术措施,可将综合工程对地铁车站产生的差异沉降影响控制在地铁设施保护要求范围之内。  相似文献

Abundant practical evidences have indicated that the soil progressively loses its structural configuration under construction disturbance and this can result in long-term macro deformation. The fundamental understanding of soil microstructure evolution subject to construction disturbance is necessary for controlling disturbance in excavation projects and minimizing ground settlement. The microstructure of Shanghai soft soil is investigated in this study. The laboratory isotropic compression tests are respectively performed on the virgin soil and the reconstructed Shanghai soft soil to investigate the macro deformation of soil under disturbance. Discrete element method model is used to study the micro particle level responses of soil under disturbance. The laboratory tests and numerical simulations provide theoretical basis for construction disturbance mitigation to ensure safety and stability of excavation projects.  相似文献

The settlement characteristic of underground urban complex in Shanghai   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The effects of excavation unloading, construction reloading and underground water on basal heave of excavation projects were presented and analyzed based on the measurement results of an underground urban complex which was located in Shanghai. The effects on water pressure and building settlements were analyzed as well. The numerical analyses by finite element method (FEM) were conducted. It showed that the soil under the excavation base continued to heave during the following certain construction stage. It also found that the bearing capacity of uplift piles which supported the buildings affected the structure quality significantly. The conclusions can be applied in future projects.
