为了解决舰艇动力系统监控设备维修技术要求高,训练难度大的问题,研制了基于模拟工作载体的舰艇动力系统监控设备维修训练平台。通过搭建油水管路和压缩空气管路模拟工作环境,安装舰用监控设备和仪器,实现了舰艇动力系统监控设备的功能模拟和操作使用,能够完成监控设备的操作使用、维护维修的教学和训练。实践证明,该平台适用于部队和院校,不仅能够保证多组人员同时开展监控设备技能训练,同时避免了动力系统实装的缺乏造成的影响和技能训练对实装造成的损坏。  相似文献

In this study, preview control algorithms for the active and semi-active suspension systems of a full tracked vehicle (FTV) are designed based on a 3-D.O.F model and evaluated. The main issue of this study is to make the ride comfort characteristics of a fast moving tracked vehicle better to keep an operator’s driving capability. Since road wheels almost trace the profiles of the road surface as long as the track doesn’t depart from the ground, the preview information can be obtained by measuring only the absolute position or velocity of the first road wheel. Simulation results show that the performance of the sky-hook suspension system almost follows that of full state feedback suspension system and the on-off semi-active system carries out remarkable performance with the combination of 12 on-off semi-active suspension units. The results simulated with 1st and 2nd weighting sets mean that the suspension system combined with the soft type of inner suspension and hard type of outer suspension can carry out better ride comfort characteristics than that with identical suspensions. The full tracked vehicle (FTV) system is uncontrollable and the system is split into controllable and uncontrollable subspace using singular value decomposition transformation. Frequency response curves to four types of inputs, such as heaving, pitching, rolling, and warping inputs, also demonstrate the merits of preview control in ride comfort. All the frequency characteristic responses confirm the continuous time results.  相似文献

Recent observations of hydrography, currents and volume transports in the straits of the East/Japan Sea are reviewed. It is newly found that bottom cold water in the Korea/Tsushima Strait originating from the northern region of the East/Japan Sea appears not only in summer and autumn but also in winter. Intensive observations in the Korea/Tsushima Strait revealed two distinct cores of northeastward currents in the upper layer of the western and eastern channels. Mean volume transport through the Korea/Tsushima Strait is calculated as 2.5 ± 0.5 Sv from four-year direct and indirect measurements. As continuous monitoring has started in the Tsugaru and Soya Straits, understanding of temporal variability of currents and volume transports through the straits is in progress. For the first time, simultaneous time series of volume transports are available in the Korea/Tsushima and Tsugaru Straits during the winter of 1999–2000. Ouflow through the Tsugaru Strait accounts for about 70% of inflow through the Korea/Tsushima Strait for this period.  相似文献

传统的焊机没有电流电压的实时采集存储系统,焊后不能对焊接电流电压进行分析,以改进焊接工艺参数,提高和保证焊接质量。文章设计了一种采用单片机C8051F020为控制芯片,以触摸屏为操作界面,用霍尔传感器对焊接电流、电压测量,并通过U盘文件管理控制芯片CH378进行数据存储的焊接参数记录仪。详细介绍了记录仪的电路结构和工作原理。试验结果表明,该记录仪运行稳定,操作便捷,抗干扰能力强,对其它类似要求的设计有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

提出了斯特林发动机以其在潜艇AIP装置上的综合性能优势,将是第5代非核动力潜艇动力装置的首要选择。以德国U-212级潜艇为设计原型,对使用斯特林发动机的第5代非核动力潜艇进行初步设计,通过估算,得到了潜艇动力装置功率与潜艇排水量、航速之间的关系,给出了在不同潜艇排水量下的动力装置需求功率、最大水下航速、经济航速、续航力等技战术参数。  相似文献

准确的相位信息是三相电压源变换器稳定运行的重要条件。软件锁相环(SPLL)具有设计多样性、高抗干扰性等优点可快速得到电网电压的相位信息。本文以三相电压源型PWM变换器为对象,分析了SPLL工作原理,推导出SPLL线性化模型,分析设计SPLL控制器参数,并用DSP实现所设计SPLL。仿真及试验表明所设计SPLL良好应用于三相电压源型PWM整流装置。  相似文献

对船用三相异步电机进行技术状态评估,可科学掌握电动机的技术状态,为装备维修提供辅助决策。本文在查阅文献、征求专家意见的基础上,系统地建立了船用三相异步电动机技术状态评估指标体系,并通过模糊数的方法确定了各指标权重,最后建立了基于灰色关联度分析的技术状态评估模型。经实例分析表明,基于模糊灰色关联度分析的船用三相异步电动机技术状态评估方法合理可行。  相似文献

Small water-plane area twin-hull(SWATH) has drawn the attention of many researchers due to its good sea-keeping ability.In this paper,MMG's idea of separation was used to perform SWATH movement modeling and simulation;respectively the forces and moment of SWATH were divided into bare hull,propeller,rudder at the fluid hydrodynamics,etc.Wake coefficient at the propellers which reduces thrust coefficient,and rudder mutual interference forces among the hull and propeller,for the calculation of SWATH,were all considered.The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method of integration was used by solving differential equations,in order to get SWATH's movement states.As an example,a turning test at full speed and full starboard rudder of ‘Seagull' craft is shown.The simulation results show the SWATH's regular pattern and trend of motion.It verifies the correctness of the mathematical model of the turning movement.The SWATH's mathematical model is applied to marine simulator in order to train the pilots or seamen,or safety assessment for ocean engineering project.Lastly,the full mission navigation simulating system(FMNSS) was determined to be a successful virtual reality technology application sample in the field of navigation simulation.  相似文献
