报道急性早幼粒细胞白血病缓解半年,进行异基因骨髓移植1例。预处理用环磷酰胺加全身X线照射。移植其弟的骨髓。移植后住层流无菌室,全环境保护等。术后40天血象及骨髓象恢复正常。术后210天复查红细胞同功酶,证明供者骨髓被植活。随访1年5个月无复发。 相似文献
