装配式低桩承台护岸结构设计

装配式结构是将部分或全部构件由现场现浇改为先在预制厂预制,然后运输到施工现场进行组装的结构形式,具有施工方便、工期短、环境污染小、质量易保证等优点。通过对装配式结构在我国水运、水利行业中应用现状的分析,并经方案比选,提出一种适合内河护岸工程的装配式低桩承台护岸结构。该结构通过刚性结构湿法连接,对其工作机理、施工流程等进行研究。并结合工程案例,采用竖向弹性地基梁法进行三维建模进行分析,确定和优化结构方案,得出装配式构件自重越小越具有优势的结论,可为装配式护岸设计提供思路和方法。

目的 测定椒蒿不同部位挥发油的成分及其相对含量.方法 利用水蒸气蒸馏法从椒蒿不同生长部位中提取挥发油,用面积归一化法进行定量分析,并对其主要化学成分进行了GC-MS分析,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析.结果 椒蒿叶挥发油的主要成分:共检索23种物质,其中茴香脑含量占80.80%,β-罗勒烯含量占1...     

中国沙棘种群在沙漠高速公路中的生态适应性研究

沙漠防护一直是沙漠地区修建公路需重点解决的问题之一。本着就地取材和生态适应性的原则,对高速公路通行区域进行了生物防护沙漠试验,分析研究了中国沙棘在沙漠高速公路不同方向路基边坡的种群特征和生态适应性。研究表明,同一坡向中国沙棘种群的生长特征、生物量及其分配格局等均无显著差异,其生态适应性具有趋同性;在北坡和南坡之间,种群的生长特征、生物量及其分配格局等均有显著差异,其生态适应性具有趋异性。在实践中可根据坡向的水分特征和中国沙棘的生物生态学特性,在南坡宜适当加大造林密度,并加强土壤水分管理,以便提高造林效果和促进种群生长发育进程,使其尽早发挥沙漠防护的作用。

针对316L/16MnR不锈钢与容器钢爆炸复合板,选取合理的爆炸焊接参数,对其性能进行系统的试验研究.研究表明,复合板在爆炸复合及正火状态下的界面结合率、界面剪切强度、界面粘结强度、拉伸、冷弯、冲击、扭转、硬度、金相、晶间腐蚀及对接接头的组织和性能等,均获得了满意的效果.热处理后复合钢板的各项技术指标均超过了美国、日本、德国等各国国家标准所规定的指标要求,可用于制造工业领域中的压力容器等设备.     

Congestion tolling in the bottleneck model with heterogeneous values of time

When analysing the effects of transport policies it is important to adequately control for heterogeneity: previous studies note that ignoring heterogeneity biases the estimated welfare effects of tolling. This paper examines the effects of tolling, in a bottleneck model, with a continuously distributed value of time. With homogeneous users, first-best public tolling has no effect on prices. With heterogeneity it does: low values of time lose, and high values of time gain. The average congestion externality decreases with the heterogeneity in the value of time. Consequently, the welfare gain of first-best tolling also decreases. The more heterogeneous the value of time is, the lower the relative efficiency of a public pay-lane. This finding contrasts with the previous literature. Earlier studies, using static flow congestion, conclude that the relative efficiency increases with this type of heterogeneity. With more heterogeneity in the value of time, the relative efficiency of a private pay-lane is also lower, while that of a public time-invariant toll is higher. Our results suggest that the welfare gains of different tolling schemes are affected differently by heterogeneity. Further, the impact of heterogeneity on the effects of a policy also depends on the type of congestion considered.

Airline delays,congestion internalization and non-price spillover effects of low cost carrier entry

This paper develops an econometric model of flight delays to investigate the influence of competition and dominance on the incentives of carriers to maintain on-time performance. We consider both the route and the airport levels to inspect the local and global effects of competition, with a unifying framework to test the hypotheses of 1. airport congestion internalization and 2. the market competition-quality relationship in a single econometric model. In particular, we examine the impacts of the entry of low cost carriers (LCC) on the flight delays of incumbent full service carriers in the Brazilian airline industry. The main results indicate a highly significant effect of airport congestion self-internalization in parallel with route-level quality competition. Additionally, the potential competition caused by LCC presence provokes a global effect that suggests the existence of non-price spillovers of the LCC entry to non-entered routes.
