Proposed legislation in British Columbia would require 30 percent of new car sales to be zero-emission vehicles by 2030, and 100 percent by 2040. The growing amount of energy demand and usage data from smart meters or internet of things (IoT) devices enables new research areas. We reporton machine learning approaches to reevaluate the impacts of battery electric vehicles (BEV) on the built environment. We developed a daily power profile analysis based on unsupervised learning, to understand the underlying structure of building and BEV charging station demand data. In addition, we have implemented a load aggregation method based on the features revealed by a clustering process. This aggregation method simulates the electricity demand of an arbitrary number of charging stations, all of which are connected to the main feeder of a building. Several scenarios are simulated using charging stations and building demand data from the University of British Columbia campus in Vancouver. Results for 150 charging stations revealed that the feeder load could increase from a peak load scenario of 300 kW to more than 1000 kW during a high-consumption weekday.  相似文献

目的应用液体芯片-飞行时间质谱技术从慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的血清中找出差异表达蛋白,筛选出其蛋白多肽(m/z)的疾病标志物。方法应用液体蛋白芯片(MB-WCX)结合飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术对16例病理确诊的COPD患者和32例正常对照人群进行血清蛋白组分析。采用ClinProTools软件进行蛋白多肽的组间差异对比,共获得115个蛋白多肽峰图,其中24个蛋白多肽峰图具有极显著差异(P<0.001),其中10个蛋白多肽在COPD患者中表达下调,其余14个蛋白多肽在COPD患者中表达上调。两组数据中最大差异的两个蛋白多肽峰分别是m/z:1 012.92和m/z:4 152.85。结论利用液体芯片-飞行时间质谱技术可以从COPD患者的血清中获得稳定丰富的蛋白多肽图谱,并且能够筛选出潜在的疾病标志物。  相似文献

在地铁建设过程中,断层对线路设计及施工工法的选择具有重大的影响,为保证地铁建设的安全、高效,需在勘察阶段查明线路范围内的断层特征。利用地质雷达与视电阻率联合剖面两种物探技术相结合的方法,对青岛地铁R3线井嘉区间遇到的构造破碎带进行探测。通过两种方法的相互推断,相互验证,查明江山南路与漓江西路交叉口处存在走向近北南向,倾向近东向,倾角约70°,宽度约100 m的断层F1,为设计方提供详细的构造参数,为地铁线路的安全施工提供必要的保障。  相似文献

In this study,a 2kHz Tonpilz projector was designed using a Terfenol-D and modeled in ATILA.For the purpose of modeling studies,it has been determined that a radiating head mass exhibits better transmitting current response(TCR) at 136 mm diameter,where the resonance occurs at 2.4kHz and the peak value of 118 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1 m occurs at 12 kHz.Also bolt at a 46mm distance from the center of the head mass offers resonance at 2.4kHz,and the peak value of 115.3 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1m occurs at 11.5kHz.This optimized design is fabricated and molded with polyurethane of 3mm thickness.The prototype was tested at the Acoustic Test Facility(ATF) of National Institute of Ocean Technology(NIOT) for its underwater performances.Based on the result,the fundamental resonance was determined to be 2.18kHz and the peak value of TCR of 182 dB re 1 μPa/A at 1m occurs at 14 kHz.The maximum value of the RS was found to be -190 dB re 1V/μPa at 1m at a frequency of 2.1kHz.  相似文献

A multi-beam chirp sonar based on IP connections and DSP processing nodes was proposed and designed to provide an expandable system with high-speed processing and mass-storage of real-time signals for multi-beam profiling sonar. The system was designed for seabed petroleum pipeline detection and orientation, and can receive echo signals and process the data in real time, refreshing the display 10 times per second. Every node of the chirp sonar connects with data processing nodes through TCP/IP. Merely by adding nodes, the system's processing ability can be increased proportionately without changing the software. System debugging and experimental testing proved the system to be practical and stable. This design provides a new method for high speed active sonar.  相似文献

为了提高制造压型的生产效率、铸件质量和降低生产成本,对雕铣机制造精密铸造变形铝合金压型新工艺加工参数进行了研究,找出了覆盖率、主轴转速和进给速度等对表面粗糙度和加工效率的影响规律,即对表面粗糙度产生影响的因素主次顺序为:主轴转速、覆盖率和进给速度;对加工效率产生影响的因素主次顺序为:覆盖率、进给速度和主轴转速。并通过正交试验确定出了较优的切削用量,即覆盖率20%、进给速度30mm/min、主轴转速300r/min和吃刀量0.4~1mm。  相似文献
