供水特性对水润滑橡胶轴承衬套的影响

以船用水润滑橡胶轴承为研究对象,采用热-流-固耦合模型,研究水膜对水润滑橡胶轴承橡胶衬套的热传递及受力变形的影响,并通过控制变量法,探究供水特性对其温升和受力变形的影响。结果显示:水膜和橡胶的温度呈现出一种偏移的梯度变化;橡胶的受力变形呈现出带弧状的梯度分布;供水速度对橡胶温升和受力变形的影响显著,供水温度和密度对其受力变形的影响程度也不容忽略。     

基于精准供给教学团队建设的路径与成效--以广东生态工程职业学院林业技术专业群为例

教学团队的建设是职业教育的关键,高质量的师资力量能够明确人才培养目标、保证教学质量、推动专业建设、实现人才的精准供给。文中以广东生态工程职业学院林业技术专业群为例,基于精准供给的视角,总结了教学团队建设的路径:一是构建合理的团队结构;二是建立团队带头人管理机制;三是建立"传帮带"培养模式;四是推进校企合作机制;五是构建技能学习型团队;六是强化信息化教学。实践证明,加强教学团队的建设,对促进专业的发展、实现人才精准供给具有积极的作用。     

Widening the Panama Canal and U.S. ports: historical and economic impact analyses

ABSTRACT

The economic history of the U.S. illustrates how the role of many cities has been changed by being seaports or located on navigable rivers or lakes. Based on the widening of the Panama Canal in 2016, the West Coast ports that include the west coast seaports of California, Oregon, and Washington were expected to become less important, while the freight shares of the East Coast and Gulf ports would increase. By how much it has been not easy to measure or predict so far, but this study attempted to define some of the key parameters in the measurement. As well as several relevant background topics, both the demand- and supply-side versions of the National Interstate Economic Model, have been applied for the measurement of economic impacts. U.S. port authorities and policy makers at the local and national levels who respond and develop plans for coping with the new realities of the Panama Canal are able to understand the extent to which changes in shippers’ and land-mode transporters’ behaviors would undermine the logistics and the costs of their activities. Therefore, this study is important for a diverse spectrum of port development strategies in the U.S. to respond to the Canal expansion.     

地铁临时支援供电中压环网方案研究

因征地拆迁等原因,地铁主变电所及电缆通道常因工期滞后而需临时支援供电。针对临时支援供电问题研究其中压环网方案,提出了系统运行方式及可靠性、压降要求、倒接可行性和经济性4方面评价标准。以武汉地铁2号线南延线为例,提出3种临时支援供电方案。分别阐述了每种方案的运行方式,计算了环网压降,研究倒接方案的可行性和经济性。通过综合比较,总结出各方案的优缺点,提出注意事项,为后续工程提供思路。     

多模式交通环境下上海居民职住选择行为

随着城市尺度不断扩张,由职住分离带来的长距离、长时间通勤交通问题日益严重。为研究多模式交通环境上海居民职住位置选择行为及其影响因素,基于网络问卷调查数据、上海市路网数据及房价数据,构建方式选择与目的地选择联合模型,按照选择次序,分析各出行方式的服务水平和房价等变量对居住地和工作地的选择影响。结果表明,居民倾向于选择通勤距离近、交通可达性良好、房价低和人文生活环境较好的小区工作生活,同时年长者和低收入群体对通勤距离和房价更敏感。     

某款商用汽车电堆散热系统方案设计

从商用汽车电堆散热系统设计要求的实际角度出发设计系统原理图,从而进行计算匹配及选型零部件,对所选零部件进行仿真校核是否满足最初的设计要求,保证商用汽车电堆散热系统的正常工作。     

地铁专用回流轨牵引供电系统应用方案

分析了常规地铁牵引供电系统采用走行轨兼做回流轨存在的问题,以及杂散电流腐蚀问题带来的严重危害。针对目前专用回流轨技术方案发展现状,推荐采用网轨混合牵引供电系统的应用方案。通过对该方案中重点问题的分析,推荐采用专用回流轨和接触网同位置设置电气分段的方案,在牵引供电上网点和回流点处设双极隔离开关;推荐在负极对地之间设置单向导通装置作为漏电保护装置;推荐设置绝缘监测装置对各区段的专用回流轨对地绝缘状况进行定期监测,以便及早发现绝缘薄弱点并清查处理。     

Online channel strategies under different offline channel power structures for the Belt and Road of China

ABSTRACT

This paper explores the online channel strategies adopted by Chinese manufacturers with regard to the Belt and Road. It also investigates the effect of offline channel power structures and maritime transportation costs on online channel mode selection and pricing strategies. The offline channel power structures are classified into three types, namely, Chinese manufacturer Stackelberg (MS) structure, vertical Nash (VN) structure, and foreign retailer Stackelberg (RS) structure. Furthermore, a game model is developed among the Chinese manufacturer, foreign retailer, and cross-border e-tailer to investigate the interactions among offline channel power structures, maritime transportation costs, and Chinese manufacturers’ online channel mode selection. The results show that Chinese manufacturers’ preferences for the online agency selling mode increases correspondingly with the decrease in their market position and bargaining power. Moreover, foreign retailers can obtain higher profits in the online agency selling mode under the VN structure. However, the level of profit for foreign retailers depends on the intensity of their competition with cross-border e-tailers under the MS and RS structures. Finally, consumers in countries along the Belt and Road can obtain a higher surplus in the online agency selling mode under all of the structures.     

城市中心区停车设施供应研究

随着城市化进程的加快，我国机动车拥有量及道路交通量急剧增加，停车问题已成为诸多城市的难题。本文在分析了城市中心区停车设施供应的影响因素的基础上，建立了停车设施供应与停车需求关系模型以及停车设施供应与路网容量平衡关系模型，对如何合理确定城市中心区停车泊位供应量进行了探讨，并在浙江省台州市滨海工业城启动区块的停车设施供应规划中得到应用，可为我国城市中心区静态交通设施规划提供借鉴。
