不同阻尼地板偶发振动抑制效果的试验研究

摘    要:设计了不同硬度的阻尼地板替代目前铝合金地板来解决重物掉落引起舰船舱室内地板的偶发振动问题,其中间阻尼层的聚氨酯硬度分别为75HA、85HA、95HA,通过理论分析与用钢球模拟重物自由下落碰撞阻尼地板的试验,与铝合金地板的加速度响应作对比,研究了不同阻尼地板的隔振效果。研究结果表明,阻尼层硬度的增加会使得阻尼地板的隔振效果降低,并且阻尼层硬度对高频隔振效果的影响要小于对低频隔振效果的影响。

Abstract:The constrained layer damping floors with different damping layer hardness are worked out to solve the problem of the floor accidental vibration that is aroused by the weight drop. By combining the theory analysis with test, the vibration isolation effect of constrained layer damping floor is studied. The study results show that with the increasing of the damping layer hardness the vibration isolation effect of constrained layer damping floor is decreasing, and the damping layer hardness impact on the high-frequency vibration isolation effect less observably than low-frequency vibration isolation effect.
