铁路工程管理平台及其深化应用

摘    要:基于工程管理平台V1.0(数字郑万),提出平台V1.1的深化思路和建设内容,以及面向工程建设管理的8大功能体系。8大功能体系分别为安全、质量、进度、投资、设计、环保、监督和综合管理,对其建设内容进行详细描述,并对平台推广情况、应用效果和存在问题进行了总结,初步实现工程建设项目管理手段创新升级,助力我国铁路建设管理进入新时代,为全生命周期工程管理奠定技术基础。

Abstract:Based on the engineering management platform V1.0(digital Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway), this paper put forward the deepening ideas and construction contents of the platform V1.1, as well as eight functional systems for project construction management.The eight systems included safety, quality, progress, investment, design, environmental protection, supervision and comprehensive management systems. The paper described the construction contents of the eight systems in detail, summarized the promotion situation, application effect and existing problems of the platform.The platform has initially implemented the innovation and upgrading of engineering construction project management means, helped China’s railway construction management enter a new era, and laid a technical foundation for the whole life cycle engineering management.
