| Abstract: | According to the requirements of modern warfare for the inland river harbors, this paper elaborates the rush-repair preparation work for inland river harbors during wartime ranging from drawing up rush-repair plans, storing equipment and supplies, organizing rush repair training and so on. It puts forward three important relationships which have to be correctly dealt with, namely, the relationship between manpower and machinery, the relationship between the rush-repair order and the traffic regulation, and the relationship between rush-repair and defence. |
