超音频感应加热电源移相调功方法研究

摘    要:在对现有感应加热电源功率调节方式比较分析的基础上,提出了一种脉宽移相调功与定角锁相控制相结合的方法来调节逆变器输出功率。该方法不仅满足了电压型逆变器的工作条件,而且实现了功率的大范围调节,主电路简单,可实现软开关。文中对输出功率与移相角的关系进行了理论分析,利用Matlab/Simulink软件搭建了仿真模型,并对该控制策略进行仿真及样机试验,结果验证了该方法的可行性。
