海洋钻井平台泥浆系统综述

摘    要:
钻井泥浆系统是钻井平台在钻井作业时所依赖的一整套核心系统。钻井泥浆是钻井作业时必不可少的一种工作介质。钻井平台的泥浆系统主要包括:散装材料储存输送系统、泥浆混合系统、高压泥浆系统、低压泥浆吸入系统和低压泥浆净化处理系统。泥浆系统的设计与平台的钻井作业要求密切相关,同时也对钻井平台的总体布置有重大影响。介绍了钻井平台泥浆系统的组成和主要功能,初步探讨了泥浆系统设计的基本要素。

Summarization of Mud System on Offshore Drilling Rig
Abstract:
Drilling mud system was a whole set of core system on offshore drilling rigs. Drilling mud was the necessary working medium for drilling operation. A drilling mud system included 5 major systems: bulk material system ,mud mixing system,high pressure mud system,low pressure mud suction system and low pressure mud processing system. The design of the system was closely related to the requirement of drilling operation ,and would greatly influence the general arrangement of the offshore drilling rigs. This article introduced the composing and mayor function of the mud systems,preliminarily discussed the key elements in mud system designing for offshore drilling rigs.
