微表处混合料室内配合比设计方法研究

摘    要:针对微表处混合料配合比设计,提出了采用拌和试验确定微表处混合料的最佳流体含量和水泥用量,在此基础上采用60℃单轴贯入试验峰值剪切强度确定微表处混合料的最佳乳化沥青用量。进而采用MMLS3加速加载试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验验证了最佳乳化沥青用量的合理性,同时和"图解法"确定的乳化沥青用量进行了比较。经室内试验验证,表明该法取得了较好的使用效果。

Research on Indoor Design and Performance Evaluation of Micro-surfacing Mixes

Abstract:In this paper, micro-surfacing mix design made .9.9 using micro-surfacing mixing test to determine the best mix of fluid content and the amount of cement, on this basis, the use of 60 ℃ uniaxial penetration test to determine the peak shear strength of micro-surfacing optimum amount of emulsified as- phalt mixes. Using MMLS3 accelerated loading test, freeze-thaw splitting test, low temperature bending test to verify the reasonableness of the best asphalt content, while and "graphical method" to determine the asphalt content were compared. Verified by laboratory tests indicate that the method has achieved good results.
