纤维微表处混合料配合比设计方法研究

摘    要:现有微表处技术指南中微表处混合料的配合比设计方法存在一些技术缺陷,影响了微表处技术的应用与发展。提出在“图解法”确定的最佳乳化沥青用量范围内,采用低温弯曲试验峰值弯拉应变对应的乳化沥青用量作为微表处混合料的最佳油石比,经室内试验验证,该法具有较好的技术优越性。

Abstract:The existing micro-surfacing technology guide micro-surfacing mix exist some technical defects, this impact the application and development of micro-surfacing technology. In this paper, Firstly using "graphical method" to determine the optimal dosage range of emulsified asphalt ,Then use low temperature bending test flexural tensile strain peak corresponding to the optimum asphalt emulsion asphalt content as micro-surfacing mixture ratio, Verified by laboratory tests , this method has better technical superiority.
