| 摘 要： | 通过基因工程技术制备HPV16 E6,E7抗原,用免疫酶联吸附法检测了44例子宫颈癌病人和20例健康献血员血清HPV16 E6,E7抗体。结果表明,健康人血清HPV16 E6和HPV16 E7抗体阳性者分别占35％(7/20)和20％(4/20)。病人血清中,HPV16 E6抗体阳性率68.18％(30/44),但其反应滴度均值与健康人无显著差异。HPV16 E7抗体阳性率为58.18％(25/44),其阳性率及反应滴度均明显高于健康人。这提示,HPV16 E6抗体可能并非HPV16的型特异性抗体,而HPV16 E7抗体则有可能成为子宫颈癌发生的预报信号。

| Abstract: | To clarify the immunoresponse of cervical cancer patients against HPV16 E6 and E7 proteins, we inspected HPV16 E6 and E7 antibodies in 44 patients suffering from cervical cancer by using ELISA. and 20 normal women used as control. The results showed that HPV16 E6 and E7 antibodies were found in 35% and 20% of normal controls respectively, and in patients the corresponding positive rate was 68.18% and 56.18%. In addition, com-pared with the normal group, the antibodies titer for HPV E7 antigen in patients was much higher (0. 427 vs 0. 662). As for HPV16 E6, the OD value in normal control was similar to that in patient group (0. 562 vs 0. 628 ). Our finding indicated the exis-tance of latent or subclinical HPV16 infection in normal women, and the usefulness of HPV16 E7 antibodies in the diagnosis and epidemiological survey of HPV16 infection. |
