摘    要:目的 探讨CD4 4v6和P16基因表达与食管癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用催化信号放大原位杂交技术 ,对6 5例食管癌组织进行CD4 4v6mRNA和P16mRNA检测 ,结合肿瘤的病理生物学行为和临床随访资料分析。结果 在食管癌组织中 ,CD4 4v6mRNA和P16mRNA的阳性表达率分别为 6 1.5 %和 4 3.1%。CD4 4v6mRNA高表达和P16mRNA低表达与食管癌浸润、淋巴结转移和患者预后密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。食管癌中CD4 4v6表达与P16mRNA表达呈负相关性 (r=- 0 .39,P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 CD4 4v6和P16基因异常表达与食管癌的生物学行为密切相关 ,可作为预测食管癌转移潜能和评估食管癌预后的客观指标

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and P16 gene in esophageal carcinoma tissue and their relationship. Methods Catalyzed signal amplification(CSA) method of in situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of CD44v6 mRNA and P16mRNA in 65 cases of esophageal carcinoma.The study was also combined with analysis of the pathological behavior and clinical follow-up. Results The positive expression rates of CD44v6 mRNA and P16 mRNA in cholangiocarcinoma were 61.5% and 43.1%, respectively.The high expression of CD44v6 mRNA and the low expression of P16 mRNA were positively correlated with infiltration,lyphm node metastasis and the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma (P<0.05).The expression of CD44v6 mRNA, which had a positive expression in esophageal carcinoma had a negative relationship with P16 mRNA, which had a negative expression in esophageal carcinoma(r=-0.39,P<0.005). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CD44v6 and P16 gene was associated with the pathological behavior of esophageal carcinoma,especially with the metastatic potential of the tumor and poor prognosis of patients.The expression level of CD44v6 and P16 gene might be a new biological index to predict the metastatic potential of esophageal carcinoma and evaluate the prognosis of patients.
