摘    要:客船安全返港能力评估是客船设计的重要部分。根据海安会通函和SOLAS公约相关要求和目的,论述了一种基于事故界限的客船安全返港能力评估分析方法。通过设定事故界限,制作安全返港界限分析表,量化分析事故后系统故障和剩余系统情况,具有准确,全面和追溯性强的特点,可避免事故设定和系统故障遗漏,并可以根据要求扩展分析范围。

Abstract:The assessment of the safe return to port(SRTP)capability is an important part of passenger ship design.A method for the assessment and analysis of the SRTP capability based on the casualty threshold is discussed according to the relevant requirements and objectives of MSC and SOLAS.A SRTP threshold analysis list is produced by setting the casualty threshold,and the system failure and the residual system conditions after the accident are quantitatively analyzed.This method is accurate,comprehensive and traceable.It can avoid omissions of the accident setting and system failure,and expand the analysis scope as required.
