船用中速柴油机排气SCR净化消声器的联合仿真分析

摘    要:船用柴油机对环境的影响主要可分为噪声污染和排放造成的大气污染,伴随着国际海事组织(IMO)第3阶段排放标准(Tier Ⅲ)的实施,为船舶配置选择性催化还原反应(SCR)脱硝装置已成为必然选择,可借鉴车用柴油机排气净化消声器装置的应用经验,对船舶柴油机的排气消声器和SCR反应器进行联合设计。采用动力系统、流场和声场联合分析的方法,结合商用软件GT-Power、Fluent和LMS Virtual. Lab进行联合仿真,计算初步设计配置于船用MAN 9L32/40型柴油机排气净化消声器的压力损失和消声效果。仿真计算结果显示,该排气净化消声器的压力损失满足柴油机排气要求,同时在2 000 Hz以下具有良好的消声效果。

Abstract:The influence on environment of Marine diesel engine can be mainly divided into the noise pollution and emissions of air pollution, with the phase III emission standard (Tier III) implementation, It has become an inevitable choice to equip ships with SCR denitrification devices, at the same time, the application experience of exhaust purification muffler device of automobile diesel engine is also referred, The exhaust muffler and SCR reactor of Marine diesel engine are jointly designed.Based on the Power system, the flow field and acoustic field joint analysis method, combining with the commercial software of GT-Power, Fluent and LMS Virtual Lab for joint simulation,the exhaust noise of the exhaust purification muffler of Marine MAN9L32/40 diesel engine is calculated, The results show that it has a good antiacoustic effect under 2000Hz.
