多用途船长货舱直接强度分析

中远海运重工有限公司技术研发中心设计的多用途船为长货舱型,主要载运集装箱、钢卷、大型机床设备、核电设备、风电设备、高铁等。由于货舱内不装载集装箱,长货舱主要载荷为散装货物的重量。长货舱型式已超出CCS规范直接强度计算工况的适用范围,不能隔舱装载,因此对货舱区结构强度做分析,主要考察点为长货舱。文章为长货舱结构设计提供参考。

Direct Strength Analysis of Long Cargo Hold of MPV

The MPV designed by the Technology R&D Center of COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.is long-cargo-hold type,mainly carrying containers,coil,large machine tools,nuclear power equipments,wind power equipments and high-speed railways,etc.There are no containers in cargo hold,so the main load of the long-cargo-hold is bulk cargo.The long-cargo-hold type has exceeded the applicable scope of working condition of CCS guidelines for DSA,with no alternate hold.The analysis is made on the cargo area structure strength of the long-cargo-hold,and the main research point is the long hold.The research can provide reference for long cargo hold structure design.
